  Last Sunday, I had a terrible experience with a tow truck driver. I was getting my vehicle towed back to me after the shop declared it unfixable. When he finally arrived, he was aggressive and abusive. He even drove his truck into the dumpster on my property. Then while my van was parked on an angle, he loosened the straps holding it, causing it to slam into the back of his truck bed. He continued to verbally abuse my wife and I . Finally, he left my full-size van in the middle of our lot, blocking our loading bay. We had to hire someone else to move and position it so it wouldn’t interfere with access to our building. When I called the office to complain, my concerns were completely dismissed.

  They gave a very good price for timely service. Larry even delivered my vehicle across the border into the US. I'd recommend them to anyone I know.

  Thank you to Avi, his assistant, Advance Towing, and BMO for their assistance for getting me out of a flat tire. I was assigned Advance Towing via my BMO roadside assistance so I can’t speak to pricing, but Avi was here early and professional. My car’s clearance is a bit low, but he took adequate care to safely load it and tow it to a dealership for repairs.

  Terrible towing company, they messed up with my vehicle drop off from ICBC. Dropped off to wrong house while I was at work. Car got re-towed due to improper drop off. (I have video proof and by law ticket confirming there wrong doing.) Tried explaining to them the situation and tried to get them correct there mistake but the person on their call line failed to take accountability blamed me for something completely out of my control. Tried several times to reason with them but they provided terrible service and ended up ignoring me completely. Due to their mistake I had to pay a by-law ticket for vehicle being left in improper parking zone and the Buster's towing fee. Horrible towing company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

  I had an excellent experience with Advanced Towing. On Monday morning, my 2025 BMW M3 broke down unexpectedly, and I was stranded. Although I had roadside assistance, with the dealer the wait time was estimated at 4–5 hours, which was not ideal. I then contacted Advanced Towing, and Larry, the driver, arrived promptly. He handled my car with great care and professionalism. Since my vehicle is very low, I was concerned about potential scratches, but he managed the towing process expertly without any damage. I truly appreciate the quick response and the high level of service provided. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance—I highly recommend Advanced Towing!
