  I reserved at this location due to its proximity to the Tsawwassen ferry terminal. Overall, the customer service was situationally aware, informative, and attentive to requests. The car we reserved was ready at pick-up despite the small bottle neck of renter's we encountered. The staff managed the overflow well and ensured it did not detract from my experience. When returning the car, signage made it clear where to drop off the keys. Finally, the Enterprise staff was so friendly and helpful in assisting us with transport to the ferry. I strongly recommend this location and will definitely use them again when I'm back in the Vancouver area.
