  The manager was very detailed and oriented on things and in helping out with getting you on the road even working by herself she nailed it with everyone and keep a great composure while we wait and when we got back take good care of us also. So her name is Honey she is a Rockstar will definitely be going back again to get us a rental when we back in Vancouver at that location thanks again.

  Honey Baptiste, and whoever she was on the phone with in front of me, should not be working with customers. Speaking from my own youthful CSR Xp, my guess is that she has had some bad Xp in the past (nearly a) year that she has been working at this location and now just immediately jumps to defensive escalation the second anything does not go according to her trained script. Asher on the phone at HO was as helpful as he could be without once resorting to gradeschool bully tacticts. Enterprise was not able to help me today and that is understandable— having my character attacked while I am currently attempting to deescalate the paid employee at the front desk is beyond unprofessional. I could be sitting in my hotel room sorting this out (IF Enterprise had told me when I made an account that the virtual Visa I used to book was not sufficient for picking up my rental) but now I am in a parking lot, in the wind, with all my bags figuring out how to get pick up my Son in 1 hour. All in All: Enterprise the company = 3 stars.. Asher the CSR at HO = 5 stars.. Honey Baptiste = 0 stars, but I hope she heals from whatever monster has her hackles up at work like that
