  Got my oil changed here before a long drive to Vancouver. They put a damaged o-ring on my filter, all my oil drained out by Burns Lake. Thankfully the Express Lube in Burns lake was amazing and helped me get back on the road. No I would not recommend this business… I’m very lucky… this could have gone way worse.

  I recently visited Canadian Oil Change and had an excellent experience thanks to the manager. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, friendly, and attentive to both customers and staff. They took the time to explain the services being performed on my vehicle, answered all of my questions honestly, and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout the process. What impressed me most was how efficiently the team was managed. Despite being busy, the service was quick, organized, and thorough. The manager maintained a positive atmosphere and clearly cared about providing great customer service.

  A few days ago, I visited Great Canadian Oil Change in Terrace for an oil check and transmission fluid service. It was almost closing time, but the staff still welcomed me and made time to help. They carefully checked my car, explained everything clearly, and gave me honest advice. Instead of suggesting unnecessary work, they recommended a transmission fluid change to help keep my car running smoothly. Even though it was near closing time, they went the extra mile to complete the service. They even gave me a discount card for the further services at checkout for the further services, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s great to see such friendly, hardworking, and genuine people in our community. I’ll definitely return for future services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent customer service.

  So I got my oil changed here for the first time. They told me my air filter needed to be changed so I agreed to it. A week later my vehicle breaks down on side of road to the point of having to get it towed. . . My mechanic spent quite some time just to find out that the mechanics from this shop put the wrong air filter in which ended up costing me upwards of $1000. I will never get any work done here again and I strongly advise everyone else against it as well. I got my oil redone just to be sure I am not met with incompetence again.
