  On a trip to Prince Rupert. Reserved a car while booking my WestJet flights. Got confirmation email and was all set to go. Landed in Terrace and went to Enterprise counter. They couldn't find the reservation. Asked if I had made it in the past couple of days, which I had. They said that they only had limited cars, so the reservations made in the last few days were cancelled. They said that someone had tried to contact me. Not sure how they knew this as they did not have my reservation... To clarify: my phone has no missed calls or voicemails, and the only email I got was the confirmation that my reservation was set. At the airport was the first I was told about it being cancelled. Wound up having to go to Budget. Only had a pickup truck left so I had to pay about 2.5x the price that my Enterprise reservation was for! Very disappointed. Figured that I had good experiance with Enterprise in the past, and they were booked directly thru WestJet, so I thought they would be a good option. Apparently I was wrong...

  Rented a car on Sunday through online through Terrace Airport Car rentals. Enterprise had a ton available. I called the 1-800 number listed to confirm they had a car for me because I’ve heard bad things about this enterprise. Showed up for the car rental Monday morning when they opened. He proceeded to tell me that they had no cars and they didn’t do weekend rentals. When I said I called to confirm he said it’s a random 1- 800 number and that they had no idea. Very poorly run business.

  I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise at Terrace Kitimat Regional Airport (YXT). The rental rate was reasonable, and the entire process was smooth and hassle free. The staff member who assisted me was excellent, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and make sure I understood all the details before starting the rental. The car was in great condition, and overall, I was very satisfied with the service. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely rent from Enterprise again. Highly recommended!

  I recently rented a standard SUV from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch at Terrace Airport, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Saad Ahmed assisted me with the rental process, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicle was in excellent condition, performed perfectly, and I had absolutely no issues during the rental. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend Saad and the team at the Terrace Airport branch. Thank you, Saad, for the outstanding service!

  I was greeted by two Enterprise staff members when I was at the airport, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. The pickup went smoothly; they even asked about my return flight and let me know ahead of time how to do an off-hours drop-off. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service. The vehicle was in good condition, and the interior was very clean.
