Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant staff made the office portion of the rental experience great. The vehicle I rented was new, clean and ran perfectly. I had no unexpected charges after the rental and will definitely use Enterprise Truck Rental again.

Told me they had a truck for me, but it was first cone first serve. No reservation, because I had no credit card, then they refused to rent to me because I had no credit card. Big waste of time.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! The representatives are helpful, knowledgeable, adaptive and kind. Prices are competitive and packages are generous and practical. ARKit, the representative I had the pleasure of dealing with was outstanding! His exemplary customer service skills made me feel supported throughout the trip. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a truck/van.

A truck is a truck, more or less. It is the wonderful staff or agents or however they are best termed that made all the difference. Here, Arun, Arkitt and Kosia had the right balance of unambiguous good will and business or professional efficiency that made this rental such a delight.

Shout out to Arun for making my Enterprise Truck experience so easy! He took care of everything perfectly and was super friendly and efficient. Renting trucks can sometimes be a headache, but Arun made sure everything went smoothly. Great service!
