Honestly, my experience at enterprise left me wondering why people continue to punish themselves by going to uhaul. Exceptional service, substantially cheaper and the truck was absolutely spotless. I already booked my next several rental trucks through them because i couldn't see myself renting from another company

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had an excellent experience with Enterprise on 72nd Street, thanks to Arkitt. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service was outstanding, and he made everything quick, easy, and stress-free.
Arkitt went above and beyond to assist me and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such great service.
I highly recommend this location, and if you have the chance, ask for Arkitt. He is a true asset to the Enterprise team. Thank you again for the exceptional service! 👏👏👏

It would be nice if you could park your car on Enterprises property in Richmond. I was going to park on the street cuz I didn't know I couldn't park on their loy.
Where I was going to park it was in an area where I'm sure a lot of crime happens because of the marginalized homeless people hanging out down around there.
Another thing you might want to change is when you take a truck somewhere you could drop it off closer than having to return it. For instance, I was moving to Summerland and they have an Enterprise office in Penticton there but they don't take trucks for some weird reason. It might be a good idea because somebody wanting to rent a truck in Penticton which is close to Summerland then they could just pick up the truck there and bring it to wherever they're moving to next. Just an idea cuz you know I had to deadhead back with gas kilometers. It's just yeah not good.
It was near some bushes right behind the Costco store there in Richmond. They also charge you insurance of $54 a day and that covers from the roof to the top of the cab. Of course you don't have to take it, but that should be covered under the truck insurance.
Other than that it's insured but for some weird reason it's not insured from the cab to the top of the box. Talk about a money grab.
So needless to say, I think it's weird and shouldn't be happening.
The staff are patient with explaining the process and answering all my questions.
