  The best rental experience I’ve had with the newton location. The employees had the knowledge of the whole process and made the rental smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend it to others who’d like to look for a rental. And a special mention on the vehicles that they carry are all brand new which is much better.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Tushar was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth and hassle-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I really appreciated Tushar’s customer service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free rental experience. Thank you, Tushar, for the great service!   Rented a car with them. It had a dirty trunk and they charged me fees that they didn’t disclose to me for a 24hr return. This branch is unprofessional and does not keep their word. They said they’d call me back they never did and resolve my issue and grab management the next day, they never did. Poor service. Poor cleanliness.

  Zero Stars!! I've been renting from Enterprise for almost 15 years, and this was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We used the after-hours drop box and returned the vehicle just 45 minutes late. Instead of using any reasonable discretion, this location reviewed their security cameras to determine the exact drop-off time and then charged us for an entire extra day. The most frustrating part is that the vehicle wasn't even being rented out until the following day, so our 45-minute delay had absolutely no impact on their business. Rather than valuing a loyal customer or applying common sense, they chose to nickel-and-dime us over less than an hour. After nearly 15 years of renting with Enterprise, I expected much better. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing at this location. I won't be renting from this location again, and I would encourage others to think twice before doing business here.

  I had the worst experience ever, all because of their so‑called manager Simran — easily the most arrogant and attitude‑filled person I’ve ever dealt with. Because of her nonsense excuses and idiotic behaviour, she cancelled my fully confirmed reservation without a single valid reason. Her actions didn’t just ruin my day — they forced me to delay my family vacation and even cancel my booking in Banff, which was already planned and paid for. The level of inconvenience she caused is unbelievable. Additionally, I want to highlight that this situation reflects what often happens when someone is given authority without proper accountability. The behaviour we experienced shows a clear misuse of position and power. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the individual acted in a way that created unnecessary stress, confusion, and disrespect. This reinforces the need for management to review conduct, decision-making, and camera footage to ensure fairness and transparency. I strongly warn everyone: stay far away from her. Someone with this kind of attitude should not be anywhere near customer service.
