  Cars are clean and staff is professional. It might get busy so book ahead for the car you want. Make sure you use the official Enterprise website, so their prices are consistent.

  The staff at the king george location were great. Friendly from the time we walked through the door to the point of having to return 2 different cars. One had a recall, the second was in rough shape needed a set of wiper blades, the windshield was sandblasted from rocks and the vehicle stunk like oil. We had that one switched out rite away with no problem. They got us in another vehicle the very next day. The third was a truck and was great. Dropped the truck off at the dealership and enterprise picked it up. We had a rental for 4 months and would never choose anyone other than enterprise. I've rented through other companies over the years and had terrible cars and asked to have it switched with my request being denied. The third time renting through this location over the years great service. Thanks for making my experience flawless.

  I went to Vancouver for my vacation and needed a car to visit places with my sister, we initially called and got a quote for $276 for a nissan car and the lady on phone said it was with no extra charges and including young drivers fee ( both me and my sister are under 25) when i took their work and went to place we were told we need to pay $316 and the fees was not included we informed them ghat we had previously gotten a quote and the guy refused and didn’t listen. Honestly at that point i felt like they wasted my time but we had no other choice but to take it. The car we got was a elantra it drove fine and had marks when we got it.

  Enterprise Car rental was wonderful to deal with. They picked me up from Jim Pattison Surrey and brought me to the store in Surrey. They explained the process professionally. I dropped the vehicle off at Jim Pattison when my car was ready. Thanks again.

  I am a regular customer at enterprise. Everyone in the team is so welcoming and nice. It’s always a good time at the location. I want to commend Sid for his extraordinary service, he is a great person to have on team. Very understanding and considerate.
