  Our replacement car after our vehicle was written off was with this Enterprise location, and we had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The whole process with ICBC was quite stressful and exhausting, so having Mehdi make the rental side of things so easy was one less thing for us to worry about. He was incredibly understanding of our limited availability when it came time to return the car, and he even helped us switch to a vehicle that was closer to the one we had originally owned. A big shout-out to Mehdi for his kindness, understanding, and great customer service. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend this Enterprise location to anyone!

  Great customer service and vehicle assignment. Super friendly and courteous staff. Easy to talk to and get set up. No long wait times to pick up or drop off car. 4th time renting from this location. Always superb and no stress.

  My pickup was scheduled for 3 PM. Enterprise customer service confirmed the vehicle was ready. Around 1:50 PM, I called the King George branch and they asked me to come in at 2 PM. I was already on my way when they called back five minutes later to say the vehicle wasn't available after all and asked me to come at 4 PM, an hour after my original pickup time. I had to cancel my appointment and arrange for someone else to pick up the vehicle, which caused a lot of unnecessary hassle. This isn't the first time I've had a poor experience at this location, and it was disorganized again. The staff didn't handle the situation professionally. One employee, a younger man with glasses, came across as condescending and more concerned with defending himself than solving the problem. Despite the vehicle not being ready on time, no compensation or discount was offered, and there was no real acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I expected better from Enterprise. Confirmed reservations should be honored, and customers should be treated with respect when things go wrong.

  My experience here was amazing, I came here to get a car for an ICBC claim. Sherwin made sure everything was smooth and he went the extra mile to make sure the vehicle I got was according to my needs. There was another girl working there and she was great too I hope I had her name as well. I have to say they were super professional I can’t recommend them more.
