  I left my disability parking pass card in car at return date. I called so many times and finally a sales clerk responded and said he will get to me. He never did and im worried ill never get my disability pass card again. Im certainly not happy.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manjot at Enterprise provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and the whole rental process was smooth and hassle-free. He even took the time to drop me home, which I really appreciated. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Manjot, for making the experience so easy. Highly recommend!

  One of the nicest locations to rent out from. The manager Mehdi is so nice and cheerful. Gave me a solid discount on Mercedes car as well. Hamza was helpful, good young cheerful lad. Overall 10/10.

  Not even one star, idiots cancelled the reservation 15 minutes before pickup, had to travel 40 minutes to pick up my reserved car but upon reaching they said they dont have any car for me that they gave me a call 10 minutes ago, the worst service ever

  I had an excellent experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on King George Blvd in Surrey. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I wanted to make sure his outstanding service was recognized. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best rental option for my needs. What stood out most was how clearly he explained the available add-ons, coverage options, and rental features. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I understood everything before making any decisions. Unlike experiences I’ve had elsewhere, there was absolutely no pressure or hard-selling. He presented the options honestly, explained the benefits of each one, and let me decide what worked best for me. That approach made me feel respected as a customer and gave me confidence that he truly cared about providing great service rather than simply making a sale. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude turned what could have been a routine rental into a genuinely pleasant experience. This Enterprise branch has earned my trust and will definitely be my go-to location for future rental needs. Thank you again for all your help and support.
