    I have rented several vehicles through the Squamish Enterprise location and for the most part things went very smoothly except for my last rental. When I picked it up I thought that the vehicle felt a little off but thought I was just getting used to a new model. I thought I heard noises but turned my stereo down and was not sure if it was traffic. On the second day I definitely felt vibration while braking and in the front end. The branch was closed so I called and left a message. I was only driving short distances so far but had planned a trip a few hours long. I cancelled that and returned the vehicle to the branch early. While I did raise concerns, I did not receive any discount at all and the branch charged me right down to the hour I had the car. I was quite disappointed with this as I had complained the night before and had to cancel plans. I felt they should have at least adjusted the charges as the vehicle clearly needed servicing.

    Had to rent a car for work purposes… was very fortunate I pre-booked as I got the last vehicle! The fellows that went over the paperwork and the vehicle with me both before and afterwards were personable and professional and the car was clean and ran perfectly. I was told by a coworker there is a program to earn points so I’ll be looking into that next!
