- JKJosh KostelynkSep 6, 20261.0Every step of this rental experience was terrible. Scheduled a Sunday pick up well in advance, but they changed their hours at some point to be closed on weekends. Our trip was delayed a day by this and had to argue a bit to get the type of vehicle I had reserved. The price of this rental also went up 3 times from 750ish to 1350ish. Despite numerous calls to customer service there has been no response from anyone and it seems as if they do not care.
