A seamless experience with Francis. Moved the booking start time and then the ferry was cancelled so I had to move it again. Never a problem when I called. Returned the car and was offered a lift to the terminal. Very much appreciated. Made life very easy. $1,500 excess deposit took a couple of days to revert and thought it was a bit steep compared to other locations in Canada. Apart from that, all marvellous.

When we picked up our car in Nanaimo and changed the booking to drop-off in Victoria they didn‘t tell us the closest location to the ferry was this one. Only when we were dropping off at YYJ did we find out we could have gone straight to Sidney and that they provide a ferry transfer. We got back in the car and called ahead that we were on our way. Got lost a couple times finding the place, happy though. Next time it’ll save us some extra kms. Nice guy, very busy, great service. Thank you.

I went in amd the man at the desk screwed me over. Lost $300 because of him. I hope he gets into a similar situation.

Very fast and efficient customer service with pick-up / drop-off at Swartz Bay. The staff was very professional and kind. We were more than happy with the car and would definitely recommend this car rental.
