  It was a terrible experience—probably the worst car rental I've had. They deceived me completely. I booked 15 days in advance from Calgary, and the person I spoke to claimed they transferred my reservation to National. However, when I contacted National, they told me that wasn’t true. As a result, I had to rent a new car at double the original cost. They are dishonest.

  After booking online, this Enterprise location called and told me they had no cars and my reservation would have to be canceled. They offered no solution other than figure it out yourself, they were unwilling to transfer a car from another location or provide a shuttle. In fact, after calling the downtown location, it was revealed that none of the reservations between locations were coordinated. For a company that claims to go above and beyond for its customers (the ad that plays while on hold claims “the extra mile” this “family run” business goes for its customers) I did not feel like they even attempted to rectify this situation that was blatantly their fault. Every other rental company blocks off fully booked dates, enterprise doesn’t, and can’t even seem to offer one simple solution. I will not be using enterprise again.

  Just used Enterprise for the first time. Very pleased! They didn't continue to push additional insurance or packages i didn't want after i said no thank you. Great vehicle at a great price point. I will use Enterprise again
