  I had Boyd's repair a rocker panel and install a new rocker panel cover which came prepainted from Mazda. While having new protective film installed (which they said they couldn't do) two business days later and I noticed the plastic rocker panel was cracked and informed Boyd's immediatly. Boyd's has taken no responsibility for the damage and indicated it must have been the protective film installer. They said they could repair the new $1000.00 part for an additional cost! The bill for the rocker repair was a bit over $2500.00, not an ICBC claim. For those reading this, I would avoid any business dealings with these folks as their warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on! Run away as fast as possible!

  I've been having issues with water getting into my car and making massive pools of water in the passenger side foot well. After a couple mechanics and an assessment by Speedy Glass they sent us around to Boyd to clean out the sun roof drain. Boyd did it right away with no notice and didn't ask for anything. After a really stressful and very expensive couple of months this was one piece of good news I really needed to hear. Thank you so much!!
