  Austin the GM at Boyd was so amazing to deal with. Our daughters car got hit in the thrifty parking lot in Sidney and almost the whole front of my daughters car was scrunched in. You would never know that her car had been hit. The awesome staff worked so hard to make her car look pristine. I just want to make a huge shout out to both Austin and the staff that made the whole process seem so effortless. Thank you again!

  I had an excellent experience with Boyd Autobody after bringing in my Mazda for repairs. From the start, the team was extremely helpful and professional. A special shout-out to Austin, the General Manager, for going above and beyond. He was able to accommodate my vehicle even though it had to be towed in, which made a stressful situation so much easier. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and made sure everything was handled smoothly. The repairs on my Mazda were completed to a very high standard, and my car looks fantastic. The customer service, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend Boyd Autobody to anyone needing repairs. Thank you, Austin and the entire team, for making the process so easy and for doing such an amazing job!

  I recently had our Mazda MX-5 repaired at Boyd Autobody and was very impressed with the entire experience. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process.   This was the second time we had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful staff at Boyd Autobody and Glass in Sidney, BC. William was great and went the extra mile to find the part we needed for our older vehicle which proved to be quite challenging. He persevered and in the end we couldn't have been more happy and satisfied with the results. Everyone at Boyd is friendly and professional and provided excellent customer service. Extra shout out to Jordan for his over and above cleaning detail which was unexpected and very much appreciated.
