  This was our second time using Alamo in Victoria. The staff were super helpful and flexible with our pick up and drop off as we changed our times the day of. There was no line up both at pick up and drop off which made our experience with 2 young kids even more easier. The shuttle was already there and available at drop off to take us to the airport and the driver helped with our luggage. I will definitely use Alamo Victoria Airport again.

  The whole experience was beyond expectations from the moment we were met at Victoria airport. The driver loaded our bags and before we knew it were were at the rental office. At the office the pick up was swift and easy. The car was beautiful and clean. The drop off a week later was exactly the same in reverse. Absolute ease and perfection. I will be a regular customer! Thank you!

  Car rental with Alamo was an easy experience. When we arrived at Victoria Airport, a representative from Alamo was waiting right at the arrival door to assist us. A young man efficiently handled all our luggage and escorted us to the car rental office. The car was ready for us, and the staff at Alamo made the process seamless. I will definitely choose Alamo again if I need a car rental in the future.

  The free shuttle service to the airport great! Staff was friendly. Website quotes needs work as it’s a big gap to quote $282 and pay $500 before you take the car. Explain it better and take the time to show me the vehicle not toss the keys and it’s a white or grey Toyota Camry out front. Our final bill was lower than the quote so no complaints there.
