- BJB S JJul 9, 20262.0My partner took our car in for an oil change. Prior to paying for said oil change my car was working fine, no noises, no problems. When my oil was being changed a bar from the glove box fell out, the person helping placed the bar back "fixing" it. After leaving and turning on the AC it was clear this issue had indeed not been fixed. Now when I turn on my AC I can hear something rattling around that shouldn't be and wasnt prior. My partner returned to the shop and was met with a not so helpful associate who made him feel like problem the associate claimed their was nothing they could do. I have gotten an oil change many times at many different establishment and have never had my car worse than when it came in and with been met with such a dismissive and unhelpful associate. Wont be going back

- DODaughter of the OneMay 11, 20261.0They guy charged me $10 to tighten my lug nuts and didn’t check my tire pressure didn’t ask if I wanted my fluids checked didn’t want to give me me a receipt meaning he wanted to pocket the money as a tip. Won’t ever go back

We’ve been exclusively getting our oil changes here for the last few years and we have such a great experience every time. Tristan (if I remember his name correctly) is so kind and friendly, very informative and doesn’t try to over-push the upselling. Highly recommend this place!
