  Excellent customer service from both Prankur and Vishal. We had to rent a vehicle since ours broke down even though we showed up 10 minutes before it closed. Prankur was very friendly, kind, understanding and rented us a vehicle (even though it was past closing time because he had another client to tend to). When we returned it, Vishal was very friendly and checked the vehicle - no problems. Thanks again.
