  Just want to say a thank you to the staff at Salmon Arms yesterday! Who should of been warned that we were turning up with a problem with our hire car from Calgary, but weren't. They listened to us vent, then sorted the problem!! What more could you ask for, again thank you.

  They were happy to pick me up to get the car. When they didn't have the class of car reserved, they gave me a slightly larger car at the same price. They were very pleasant to work with.

  When the vehicle I had reserved was unavailable for mechanical reasons, I was offered an upgrade for the same price, which I took. The rental process was thorough, the inspection was explained as to the damage that would be my liability vs normal wear and year. The vehicle had ~4600 kms, and still had the 'new car smell'. It drove like a dream, making our journey very enjoyable. The return paperwork and inspection was quickly dispensed. I very much recommend Enterprise in Salmon Arm.

  Nice to have a car rental in salmon arm! It has always worked out fine for me, I have to rent about once a year.
