  I highly recommend this shop. They did a repair on my wife’s SUV and the repair itself was executed in the exact timeframe They said they would do it and turned out perfect. Communication was excellent. We did have a subsequent issue with the car upon receiving it where the backup camera Was not working properly, The general manager Yazan dealt with the issue in the most professional and customer service oriented way. I was blown away with the exceptional efforts made to make sure I was satisfied. As a Business owner myself, I understand the value of customer service and this Experience left a very strong impression on me that the store is being operated to the highest standard. Well, done guys!

  I went to Boyds at Bertram/Keating this morning to enquire about some noise from the body of my car during driving. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot, without charging any payment from me. Their staff and workers are so friendly. It was a warm, welcoming experience!

  Yaz and robin incredibly friendly and the service team did a great job. I had a small issue with the finish upon pickup and they took care of it without any problems! Everything looks great now

  I was able to book an appraisal quickly. After the car was written off, they were very accommodating with retrieving my personal effects from the vehicle. Very polite and professional and communicated the details clearly.

  We had some bodywork and paint done after a small deer collision. I was very happy with the repairs done by Boyds on Keating. Body lines were straight and the paint looked great. The whole crew at Boyds were excellent to deal with. They appeared to genuinely care about me and the repairs. They arranged for our rental while the car was being repaired, and when there was a small glitch after the repair, it was late on a Friday and they were willing to give their personal phone numbers in case of a problem over the weekend. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Boyd Autobody and would take my vehicle there again.
