  I had an outstanding experience with the Sixt team at the Vancouver Airport location. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The airport shuttle arrived quickly, and the ride to the rental location was fast and convenient. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The check-in process was efficient, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. The vehicle was immaculate, well maintained, and exactly what I had reserved. It drove beautifully and made my business trip around Vancouver and Langley enjoyable and stress-free. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. The return process was quick, organized, and handled with the same excellent level of customer service. This was one of the best rental car experiences I have had. The Vancouver Airport Sixt team exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I will definitely choose Sixt again the next time I need a rental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

  I do not suggest SiXT YVR. First, the shuttle service was VERY slow. My family and I (6 total) waited 46 minutes to get picked up, and with only one advisor and the counter, it took even longer. It should never take 2 hours for someone to pick up a rental.

  Very disappointing experience with SIXT Vancouver Airport. When I returned the car, no employee inspected the vehicle with me, and no damage was mentioned. Later, SIXT claimed there was a scratch, charged over CAD $300 to my credit card without my authorization, and is now demanding an additional CAD $1,369. I dispute this claim because I did not cause the damage, and I was never shown any damage at the time of return. If you rent here, take photos/videos before and after your rental and insist on a return inspection before leaving.

  Great experience! Big shoutout to Gabriel for driving us to the airport around a week ago, I was with a group and we were so stressed and worried since we were late for our flight but this young man single handedly got our spirits right back up and relaxed everyones nerves, even after our group made it onto the plane we brought up the excellent customer service. Big thank you to sixt car rental for saving our day!

  The company closes at 11pm and we called them last minute for a rental. They were able to get us one after closing. The guy was super friendly and kind enough to give us a rental. They even said if we didn't hear a phone call, we would've left by then. This is one of a few companies that care for their people. He even offered to upgrade our car to a BMW for better experience. I highly recommend going to this company!
