  I was there early but your staff Rome accommodate us very well by allowing the agreement to go through smoothly 👍 The car was beautiful and clean. Keep up the good work 👏

  Be careful with Sixt at Vancouver Airport. I booked online and the total was around $500. When I arrived at the airport, the price suddenly changed to  $800. Then when I returned the car while rushing to catch my flight, they charged almost $980. The next day when I called, they said the fuel was not full, even though the gas level was full when I dropped it off. Always take pictures and videos of the fuel gauge, mileage, and the whole car before and after rental. Double check every charge before leaving the counter.

  Very friendly staff that tries to fulfill your wishes as best as they can. Best selection of premium cars. One star off for location off airport while most other rental companies are directly at the airport

  I recently rented a Tiguan from Sixt and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the customer service at pick-up was great — everything was smooth, quick, and hassle-free, which I really appreciated after a long trip. I drove the car for about 3 days. However, there were some noticeable problems with the vehicle itself. The cabin air filter smelled really bad, like it hadn’t been replaced in a long time, which made driving uncomfortable. On top of that, the car was shaking quite a bit at highway speeds — it felt like either the rotors need replacing or the tires weren’t properly balanced. Also, the new pick-up location is quite far from the main terminal, so make sure to budget extra time to get there. Overall, I left feeling a bit disappointed. Not sure if I’ll be a returning customer, but I hope they address these maintenance issues going forward.

  DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT VANCOUVER AIRPORT. I rented a car from Sixt Vancouver Airport in January for 5 days. When I picked up the vehicle, they told me that the vehicle was unable to be cleaned and the fuel tank was also not full. Weeks after returning the vehicle, I received an email from Sixt indicating I had damaged an internal surface of a rear door (see photo, very small scuff mark) which was never used during the trip. I provided this information to them, along with photos of the fuel indicator and other photos we took at pick up. They have not been able to provide me with any evidence that I caused the damage but have been demanding near $1000 for repairs. Never again renting with SIXT, beware future renters.
