  From start to finish, my experience with National Car Rental was outstanding. The customer service was excellent every step of the way. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and in excellent condition, which made the entire rental experience even more enjoyable. The pickup process was quick, efficient, and seamless. When I returned the vehicle, Carlos made the drop-off completely effortless. He was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. This was one of the easiest and most stress-free car rental experiences I've had.   One of, if not my best experience of hiring a car. I drove 4432 km from Vancouver airport in BC and Alberta crossing the Rockies and dropped the car at Calgary airport. National/Enterprise provided great service at both ends. Highly recommended.

  In den USA oder Kanada mieten wir eigentlich immer entweder bei Alamo oder bei national. Meist nehmen wir dann lieber national, weil da potentiell weniger Leute am Schalter anstehen, so dass man nach der Ankunft am Flughafen sein Auto schneller hat. Wie üblich buchen wir immer nur ein Standard SUV. Normalerweise kann man sich dann eins von den vielen Autos aussuchen, die in der Kategorie rumstehen. Der Service ist immer zucorkommend, wir nehmen meist dann noch die Road assistance Vorort mit, bei den Weiten hier, hat man ein besseres Gefühl beim Fahren Diesmal haben wir einen Nissan rogue bekommen. Die beiden Koffer haben super hinten rein gepasst, das Auto ist schön gefahren und hatte nicht so viel Kilometer. Die Rückgabe war wie immer problemlos.
