  Personal sehr gut, keine versteckten kosten wenn Direkt bei National gebucht wurde. 1 person vor mir am Schalter, wurde aber direkt von dem Angestellten von Alamo zu sich gerufen da eh die selbe Firma und null personen bei Alamo anstanden. Als der Angestellte sah dass ich noch National Emerald Club Executive Elite Member bin, so wurde umgehend die via National Deutschland gebuchte Reservation mit dem Account verknüpft und ich konnte direkt auf das Parkdeck zu den Fahrzeugen gehen ohne zu warten.

  Staff is always terrific. There were no vehicles when I arrived but the team asked what I wanted, how long I would be gone and how many people and then brought up a great car for me. Check out was great as was the return. I have yet to be disappointed by the great staff at YVR, thanks for making it easy.

  Usually we have a great experience with National, but our recent rental at the Vancouver Airport location was very disappointing. As Emerald Club members, the signage indicated we could choose a vehicle and drive out as usual. We spent about 10 minutes looking around before learning that later in the evening the keys are kept inside and we had to go to the counter. There was no signage or communication explaining this, and we then waited another 15–20 minutes for our keys. The bigger issue came afterward. I accidentally left a pair of Ray-Ban glasses worth about $400 in the vehicle. I understand that was my mistake, but I called customer service twice, opened a case, and submitted the online lost-and-found form. Each time I was promised a callback. I never received a single call, email, or update. Even a simple message saying they were not found would have been basic courtesy. Very disappointing customer service from a company we’ve otherwise had good experiences with.

  Great experience with the team at National YVR. I had a VERY minor inconvenience when picking up my car at YVR, and I wasn’t expecting anything extra - I just wanted to notify the staff upon return of my vehicle, so that they were aware. The staff agent inspecting my car and her manager both went above and beyond. They listened, understood the situation, and arranged a credit without hesitation. I wasn’t even expecting that! The level of care and professionalism really stood out, even though the staff there already have a great reputation. Luke and the pickup agent made the experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this location!

  Best rental car company! Laura Hession was so great! Treated me like family and just really made me feel loved and valued! So blessed by her and how professional she was! Love you guys and love her!
