It was the worst experience ever I had with a car rental company. We were promised an equivalent truck through our ICBC claim, but when we arrived, the vehicle was not available and we were given an unsuitable cargo van instead. We were also promised a complimentary tank of fuel as compensation (we have proof photo on hand) to wait for the equivalent vehicle, but were later charged for the fuel anyway without any prior notice. The biggest lied was that Shadi promised that we will have the equivalent truck the following day, but we never received a phone call ever from Enterprise after the day we pick up the cargo van telling us to switch the car. Shadi gave us the worst attitude and provided extremely poor customer service. The communication and follow-up were extremely poor, and promises made by the staff were not honoured. We also returned the vehicle on September 9, but there were issues with the recorded return date and subsequent rental charges. Overall, we felt we were treated unfairly and had to repeatedly follow up to resolve issues that should never have occurred. Very frustrating and disappointing service.
