- EHElias HassaniJul 2, 20261.0Terrible service. I had issue with reader and they didn’t offer any other option to solve the problem. Never use this branch. I really never seen such awful service in Canada. A guy called Rahul Khurana is manager and refuse to help in any way. He really almost ruin all our plan. At the end I went to budget Car Rental and they just solved the card reader problem. What really bothered me is that Rahul and his colleague didn’t even try a bit to help. Seriously what is the point of customer service. You are supposed to show care and understand the feeling of your customer. After you leave a review, an AI chatbot responds to you to fill a form. If you are genuine, you should call your customer or even to stop these problems from the beginning. Train your employees how to treat customers so they feel valued not just saying it’s not my problem and being rude. Never will use this company again in my life

Big thanks to the manager, Chris, who kindly waived a one time 20-minute late return for us. Truly appreciated! Will definitely rent from here again.
