  Great experience. Car was ready when we got there. Chris took us out to the car and inspected it with us and showed us where the spare tire was. I returned it after hours and he just called to thank me and tell me the car checked out fine and thanked me for returning it in good condition. Chris did a great job

  Picked up my rental car today and the entire process was super smooth. The girl that help me was very professional, took her time to explain everything, and made it worry free. She really sets the bar high for superb customer service. Such an important and valued team member. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name but please thank her for a wonderful and impressive experience.

  Can't say enough good things about these people, especially compared to the Big Two car rental agencies. Fast, friendly and efficient service...great selection of rentals as well. I had been reading online reviews and finding quite a few horror stories about the scams being pulled by other rental agencies, where they would do stuff like call you up a week after your rental and claim that there was a scratch in the paint or a chip in the windshield or some other damage. Enterprise put me at ease right away with their honesty and professionalism being evident right from the start. I wasn't sure how long I would need the rental and ended up having to 'renew' it twice but this wasn't any problem for them...they basically told me I could keep it as long as I needed it. Got a free upgrade from an economy to a compact, too. Beautiful car with only 7000k on it and all the bells and whistles to go along with it. The price was great as well. I will definitely rent again from Enterprise if I even have the need. Thank you to everyone involved for a great and painless experience.

  Service is very good and friendly. Disappointed at the start, cause desirable car was booked off already. But we were managed to find replacement. Prices are adequate. I was delayed for an hour with dropping off but company scored some extra fuel I've put in the car, so final price didn't change which is fair. All good.

  Best service i have gotten from all my years of renting vehices. Employess gave me the best service, very helpful after icbc accident and even after, looking for new vehicle they extended rental with ease. Management is great, realy well run enterprise. Super impress.
