  Car rental was so smooth and the price is competitive. Most importantly, customer service was amazing!! I didn’t catch the name of the guy who did the car checks and tried to keep the flow of bringing the cars over for any waiting customer, and Melody who went out of her way to hotspot me for a better internet connection to get the uber app! Both staff were so helpful and wonderful! Will rent from Beckwith location again for sure :)

  The Beckwith group was nothing like the Seifeld episode. A choice of vehicles, clean inside and out and the staff were friendly.

  I would like to share our wonderful experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I am giving 100% satisfaction, and a huge part of that is because of the exceptional service we received from Aditi, who assisted us during our visit. From the moment we arrived, Aditi was extremely welcoming, professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in making sure that my family and I were well taken care of. She took the time to understand our needs, explained everything clearly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. What impressed us most was her positive attitude and genuine commitment to customer service. My family and I were honestly amazed by the level of care and attention she provided. It is not very often that you come across someone who makes such a strong impression simply through the quality of their service. Aditi is a wonderful representative of Enterprise and truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond for her customers. Thank you, Aditi, for making our experience such a positive one. We will definitely choose Enterprise again because of the outstanding service we received from you!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The transaction was quick, smooth, and hassle-free, making the whole rental experience very easy. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient car rental service!

  Quick service and better value than the airport. It's just a quick Uber ride from the Vancouver airport and you can save hundreds. They offered a free upgrade which was very much appreciated. I had a great experience!!
