  I picked up on Aug 6, 2026 I was having difficulty renting a car for the weekend. Even as a member of the national/enterprise rental. I called this place hours before my arrival, I expressed my problems renting a car and they cordially told me to go with them not only because they had availability for me but also that they would make things right concerning my issues.. long story short the team at this location resolved my rental issues and I drove away with a clean nice vehicle. Next time I find my self heading back to Vancouver I know where to go !

  This location at Bridgeport Rd is a short $15-$20 uber ride from the airport, but the savings are worth it vs renting on site at YVR and they have the most pleasant staff. No hassles picking up or dropping off. I will always rent from Enterprise knowing I won't ever be hassled for damage or scratches I didn't do, or have to spend an hour waiting to fill out paperwork. In & out quickly, and overall great experience.

  Excellent service by Miss Diva at Enterprise Richmond! She was professional, friendly, and made the rental process quick and hassle-free. Her outstanding customer service truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!
