  Brand new car (2026), clean, and the staff were cheerful, enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive. I was highly impressed by the company's pick-up and drop-off service after picking up and returning the car.

  Got a nice brand new car with all the bells and whistles (a Mini Countryman) and staff were very thorough and efficient. ICBC paid for the daily rate and I paid $10/day for insurance deductible waiver. I would recommend Enterprise for nice cars and speedy friendly service. Also it's relatively easy to get through to someone on the phone.

  I picked up on Aug 6, 2026 I was having difficulty renting a car for the weekend. Even as a member of the national/enterprise rental. I called this place hours before my arrival, I expressed my problems renting a car and they cordially told me to go with them not only because they had availability for me but also that they would make things right concerning my issues.. long story short the team at this location resolved my rental issues and I drove away with a clean nice vehicle. Next time I find my self heading back to Vancouver I know where to go !
