- PHP H3 days ago5.0Easy to get a car and the staff were very helpful. Was in a car within ten minutes . Zayd was very helpful and kind during the returning process. Will rent from here again only. We had a VW Jetta which was surprisingly efficient averaging about 5.0L/100kms.
- ACA CrichAug 19, 20261.0Don’t do it. We had a reservation, and it still took over TWO HOURS to get our rental vehicle. We spent over an hour just waiting to check in. The app wouldn’t work because we booked through a third party, so we had no choice but to wait in the extremely slow line. After finally checking in, we then waited another hour just to get the keys. Absolutely horrible experience. Completely understaffed, unprepared, and disorganized. Having a reservation clearly means nothing if it still takes more than two hours to actually get your vehicle. Would not recommend.

We went to three other Enterprise locations closer to us and they were less than helpful. Worth the trip across the city for sure!
- AOAndy OtalAug 17, 20265.0As I requested a full sedan in my booking which was being washed when I arrived, enterprise upgraded me to a mid size SUV for free and gave me VW Taos 2026 rather than make me wait. Paperwork was quickly signed and estimate emailed to email. When I returned the car it was promptly reviewed and the final receipt was emailed to me my email again. Overall my experience was great highly recommend enterprise.

The car was great - Volkswagen Tiguan - comfortable, spacious, easy to drive, good on gas, linked with my iPhone easily for navigation and music - overall felt very safe driving it. Would highly recommend Enterprise to friends and family.
