  I’ve been in the workforce for 20 years, and this is the first time I’ve been dissatisfied with a car rental. Be careful if you’re traveling for business. There were no issues until I picked up the car, but I was extremely disappointed afterward. The indifference of the company’s managers, in particular, was extremely frustrating.

  Made a reservation online for a car from Yvr to Penticton. June 18 to 19. 2103215527,CAD 167.62. When I came back from Europe I asked if I could bring the car back on June 20th. because my daughter asked me to stay another day with her in Maple Ridge (my wife passed away a few months ago). I was told no problem. Enterprise changed my reservation # later to(1865233632) and now they charged me CAD 644.10. I never signed anything. I talked to the Penticton branch and they agreed that was wrong and they contacted YVR June 23rd. So far no explanation. I worked for them for 5 years. Don't have to say that I am not HAPPY. Contacted the YVR branch as suggested by Heather. Got our issue solved, and I got a rebate. Thanks for your help. I am HAPPY again.

  Absolute joke of a service. Third time, never again. Avoid this Enterprise location at YVR if you value your time. I arrived to find at least 10 people in line waiting to pick up their vehicles, and there was only a single employee working to process and deliver the cars. This isn't a one-off bad day—this is the third time I’ve had a completely terrible experience at this specific location. The chronic understaffing is unacceptable for an airport car rental. If you’re flying into YVR, save yourself the frustration and book with someone else who actually understands customer service.

  After returning a rental car in perfect condition with a full tank, employee Schtefer Hazzlewood called 5 minutes after drop-off threatening to charge me for two extra days because I was slightly late due to traffic. Despite my apology and explanation, he refused to listen and insisted he would add two days to my bill. The next day, he called again accusing me of putting the wrong fuel grade (87 instead of 91) in the vehicle—a baseless claim that felt deliberately insulting. What's truly unacceptable is the harassment that followed. Over the last 3 days, Schtefer has called me at least 20 times. When I stopped answering, he found my friend's information online and started calling him repeatedly because he tried to intervene on one call. His behavior has crossed from unprofessional into outright harassment and intimidation. This is predatory and illegal. I am taking this matter to court.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After Turo cancelled my booking on the day I needed the vehicle, I contacted Enterprise and had an outstanding experience. The team went above and beyond to find me a similar vehicle at a much lower rate, and I was able to pick it up within an hour. At pickup, the staff were incredibly helpful and even let me choose from the available vehicles in that class. Returning the car was just as smooth. Z was efficient, professional, and had everything wrapped up in minutes. The paperwork arrived in my inbox before I left, and I received confirmation of my deposit refund shortly afterwards. Enterprise truly saved the day and has earned my business going forward. Thank you for the excellent service!
