When we arrived to pick up the car after 1:00 PM, there were no budget SUVs left. The available options were a Mercedes GLA or a Volvo XC90 B6 — so we ended up getting the Volvo at no extra cost, which was a great upgrade. When returning the vehicle, we were assisted by Loretta, who was very friendly and professional. She carefully checked the car, made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and even asked about our next plans. She kindly guided us on where to find the shuttle bus to the Radisson Blu hotel at the airport. Overall, an excellent experience — smooth service and great customer care.
