  Fordosa is the best. I’ve been in and out of Vancouver with work the last little while, and she is taken care of me each time. Always in a great mood and hooks me up with the perfect compact SUV every time. Fordosa will keep me coming back!

  VERY BAD SERVICE I call after making my reservation on the app to make sure i can get the car with my fiancee credit card and they told me no need its ok with my Debit card. Then when i arrived they refuse the rent without a credit card and have no solution. The manager even laugh as i was leaving! lost all my love to do business with Enterprise!! It was my go to! Never again

  The lady at the counter wasn't overly friendly. But the gentleman in the garage was very friendly and helpful. When I returned the car, I had to wait quite a while even though I saw people that were available to check you in. When they checked me in, they told me to just go ahead and a receipt would be emailed. I ended up getting a call 2 days later asking when I plan on returning the car. They cleared it up pretty quickly. But it was very disorganized.

  Parveen provided exceptional service today upon me returning the rental vehicle to the YVR airport. I had just filled up the tank at the Petro down the street and was rushing to return the vehicle as I was running slightly behind and my flight was soon to be boarding. upon pulling into the parking garage, I realized that the gas tank was not full despite me telling the attendant to fill up my tank which was only initially just under 3/4 full. I realized only after I pulled into the return lane that the fuel gauge still showed approximately only 3/4 full. Panicking because I was running behind and had made arrangements to fill the tank up fully prior to its return, I was worried that I was going to get charged for not fully refueling, despite my efforts and unclear as to how/why the tank wasn’t filled fully upon me, asking the attendant to fill it and me paying $40 to do so from just under 3/4! Parveen was very understanding and I explained the situation, apologizing that I had not paid attention to the fuel gauge, and had assumed that the guy had filled it as I had asked him to/figured $40 would have been reasonable from 3/4 of a tank or just under and didn’t think anything of it until I noticed the gauge. She took the fuel surcharge off my bill and did not charge me the fee for having it returned partially empty , which I truly appreciated! She was kind and understanding and I was grateful that she took the time to listen to me as this truly was a mistake and I intended to return it full and I’m not sure what happened at Petro/why he did not fill it as I had asked and assumed I had paid for. I am also grateful for the service that was provided upon renting the vehicle and landing in BC on September 18th, as I had just received some terrible news earlier that morning about a close friend passing away, and I was struggling emotionally to keep it together, and although no one probably would’ve known from the outside, your employees went above and beyond and due to a minor wait after check in, (15-20 extra minutes from check in time) , -they kindly and voluntarily upgraded me to a more luxury style SUV, which was really sweet and completely unexpected. So I just want to recognize both Parveen and the employees working on September 18 at YVR enterprise between the hours of 11:45 AM and 12:30 PM, they were all exceptional, and I am grateful for the high-level of customer service I received.

  Booked a Midsize Luxury SUV at Enterprise Vancouver International Airport, expecting a premium and more exciting driving experience. Unfortunately, I was given a Volvo XC60, which is categorized as a Midsize Elite SUV — a lower category than what I had booked. The XC60 itself was clean and in good condition, but it felt quite similar to my everyday car and didn't provide the experience I was hoping for. I also asked at the counter what vehicles were available before paying, but was told I would only find out after payment. On the positive side, there was no upselling at the counter, the car was clean, and the return process was very easy and straightforward. Overall, the service was smooth, but the vehicle provided was disappointing given the category I had specifically booked. I chose Enterprise based on its reputation and recommendations, so I expected a better overall experience.
