  Der Ablauf war super schnell und unkompliziert. Die Fahrzeuge waren recht neu, aber ziemlich schlecht gereinigt. Auch wenn es zügig gehen muss, die Basics soltten stimmen. Ein großes Lob geht an Laura und Carlos, die meine Handtasche gefunden und sicher aufbewahrt hatten! Ich bin irre dankbar, dass sie so aufmerksam waren!!! Danke Carlos und Laura!!!

  My sister and I are traveling from Calgary to Vancouver. During our travels we had to swap out our rental cars not once but twice due to mechanical issues. Each and every time the crew at roadside assistance and each rental location was absolutely fantastic. When we dropped our car off at the airport in Vancouver, the Alamo team really stepped up, offering their apologies for our issues during our travels. They ended up discounting our total rental fee for our troubles. Overall the service was above and beyond every step of the way! I highly recommend using Alamo for your rental car needs. 10/10!!!

  Rented from Alamo for 11 days at Vancouver International airport because cost was very competitive and range of vehicles was excellent. Booked through Costco Travel online. Nothing bad to report, it was all good: Check in and return was simple and efficient; all staff interactions were positive - helpful and courteous staff; auto provided was better than expected - spotlessly clean and trouble free. Would definitely recommend Alamo at this location and would not hesitate to choose them again.

  Be careful, those people are dishonest. I rented a car last year from September 18 to November 1. Before taking the car (pick-up Chevrolet WM 8453), as it was for a long period of time, I asked them if there was no need for any maintenance operation. They said no problem. Only one week later, as I was in the Yukon Territory, a message appeared on the dashboard telling me to change the engine oil!!! As I don't ear well I chatted with a lady (Hasna) who told me to do it and pay by myself and I would be refunded. I went to Jiffy Lube in White Horse on the 2nd of October and it costed me 235$. When I returned the car I gave the bill, as requested, to a man (first name Navdeep). After 11 weeks, as I had no news, I sent him a mail. He never replied. On the 1st of April I chatted again with ALAMO. A lady (Nicole) asked for my email address and told me that I would be refunded within 2 weeks... I think I will never be refunded. So don't make the same mistake: never pay in advance. Christian

  Quick service - both check-in and check-out, no hassles, made aware but no pressure to buy extras. Car in good condition. Only comment I will make is re: roadside assistance as optional. To be clear, I did not face any issue with the car I rented, it worked smoothly, no issues. This is a general comment that I guess applies all car rental companies. As a reputed car rental company, I’m sure you are keeping cars in good working and operational condition so if the car breaks down due to something wrong with it then you should include such service. The customer should not have to pay out of pocket to get the broken down car to a repair shop and possibly also pay extra for a replacement vehicle.
