  Übernahme direkt beim Flughafen Vancouver ist sehr praktisch. Der Angestellte zeigte auf drei Autos und meinte wir sollen uns eines aussuchen, dann liess er uns einfach alleine. Das extra dazugebuchte Navi hat gefehlt, auf Nachfrage wurde uns dieses noch ausgehändigt. Das Auto war etwas verschmutzt innendrin, ansonsten hatten wir keine Probleme während der Mietdauer mit dem Auto, lief alles super. Einige Tage nachdem wir das Auto in Edmonton abgaben, erhielten wir jedoch eine Mail mit angeblichen Schäden die wir bezahlen sollten. Es waren jedoch keine Schäden aufgeführt und sonst stimmte auch einiges nicht. Wir haben Alamo eine Mail geschrieben und nie wieder eine Antwort erhalten.

  Everything was just perfect with them, rented an almost new hyundai elantra for our 23 days trip through canada, not a single problem. The staff were really cool and helpful too, both, at pick up and return. No surprises, no extra charges, no insisting on purchasing extras, no "undetected damage"..... Everything smooth and easy.

  We had to make car rental arrangements a few hours before arriving. Alamo had some "premium" cars for less than little economy cars, so we picked one. When we arrived, we asked if any of the cars in the range we selected were hybrids. They had a new Hybrid Camry, so we happily took it. Great on gas and fun to drive the twisty roads between Vancouver and Squamish. We averaged around 4.2 L/100 km. The staff were very pleasant and patient as they answered all of our questions. We will happily look to them for our next car rental.

  After a 9 hour flight, Alamo made us wait over an hour for our car. The Alamo representative told us he would take 2days off our rental cost by way of compensation. Unfortunately this turned out to be a lie. So far, Alamo have not responded. It’s disappointing that Alamo employees are willing to lie to a young family, and even more disappointing that the company seems to lack the integrity to rectify the situation.

  I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Faisal, who assisted us during the rental process at Alamo Car Rental. From the beginning, Faisal was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and extremely unhelpful. His behavior toward us made us feel that we were being treated differently and unfairly. Whenever we asked him a question, he responded in an irritated and dismissive manner, as though helping customers was an inconvenience to him. What was especially disturbing was that Faisal spoke negatively and disrespectfully about us in front of us in Hindi, apparently assuming that we could not understand what he was saying. Unfortunately for him, we understood the language. Hearing an employee speak about customers in such a disrespectful and offensive way while they are standing right in front of him was shocking and completely unacceptable. Throughout the entire interaction, he showed no interest in helping us or providing even a basic level of professional customer service. His attitude made it seem as though he did not want to be there or do his job. This was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have had. I am extremely disappointed that this is the level of treatment we received from Alamo Car Rental. No customer should be made to feel disrespected, unwelcome, or discriminated against. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses Faisal’s behavior. After this experience, I have no desire to return to this location or rent from this company again.
