  I recognize Rishav Joshi and the National Car Rental team for truly exceptional customer service. What began as a fuel charge discrepancy was handled with professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing. Rishav took full ownership of the issue, reviewed the details carefully, and stayed engaged until it was fully resolved. He listened, evaluated the evidence, proactively reached out, and ensured the final charges accurately reflected the condition of the vehicle at return. Throughout the process, Rishav acted as a true ambassador for the National brand and a strong advocate for the customer, representing the highest standards of customer service. The final resolution - waiving the fuel charges entirely once the facts were clear demonstrated integrity, accountability, and respect for the customer’s time.
