  Above and beyond service. They found us a truck when our flights were cancelled. Clean and comfortable to drive our 9+ hours to stay on schedule. Fred did an amazing job for us! Thank you

  We had used Enterprise for an ICBC rental and we signed a rental agreement which had extra insurance on it for 10 days @ $29.99 a day. ICBC extended our rental and Enterprise never sent another rental agreement to sign to extend the insurance. Needless to say they charged my company 30 days but when I went to pay the bill she tried charging me $1800.00 ($60.00 a day). When I refused, she dropped down to $1400.00 a day. When I refused that and pointed out the rental agreement was for 10 days she said she would get back to me. Instead I received a bill 30 days later for $1035 and they charged my credit card with no signed rental agreement for the extra amount. The amount is supposed to be $269.91 plus applicable taxes. This local branch basically tried to extort the extra insurance with no signed legal document to do so. I am currently disputing it and will never use this rental company again. Their ethical compass is is very far from where a company like this should be. Hopefully other people will steer clear and not fall into the same trap.

  First of all I want to point out this was the first time I am using enterprise services outside Edmonton. And I am always using enterprise for my rental cars and I never had any big issues with them, but this time was a little bit different. At the time I was working at Quesnel and I need to rent a car to go back to Edmonton so I went to this location. I am always driving carefully so I didn’t get the full insurance package but I still get the protection that which included the windshield and some other protection, the lady didn’t say much about it and I forgot. Funny thing was the windshield was already cracked at that time but just to be nice and for the “other protection” i didn’t cancel it. Believe or not, I trusted them so much that i got myself into this. There was a little scratch from the rear bumper that I missed. Then I guess everyone knows what’s coming next. Over 700 dollars bill just for a little scratch less than 3 inches...... The reason I went to this place to rent a car were the customer fees back were really good, second was I am loyal to this company. Sadly I don’t know is that because I am not from the local or I am Asian or I didn’t get the “Deluxe” insurance package that gave them the courage to do this kind of things. Even that’s not the case I was in Edmonton and I can’t really argue with them anyway...... It is a very unpleasant and disappointed experience for me. What I really want to say is the enterprise is still one of the best rental car service you can get, but even you trusted them, you still need to check your vehicle really really carefully or just get the full insurance package just in case things like this happened again. At the end is you pay the over charge bill, right?
