- CCCaesarAug 9, 20261.0I’m a traveler going through Prince George when my car starts having mechanical issues. I had to leave it for repairs and continue on to Smithers to make my delivery. I thought I would book with enterprise. One problem though I had left my wallet at home in Edmonton. I had no plastic credit card to produce. Just Apple pay on my phone. I had my drivers license. Vehicle registration as proof. One problem though. The higher ups at enterprise do not accept digital payment in the age of digital payments. Only allow up to 100 dollars. Ridiculous seeing how most rentals go into the hundreds especially with multiple day vehicle rentals. I only needed one day. I had my digital credit cards and bank card. The lady was sympathetic but said she could not do anything to help me as that’s the way the tap system was set up. Only 100 dollars tap accepted. Get with the times enterprise. I mean really! Two thumbs down for corporate enterprise.

So they had to scramble and were able to rent immediately from U-Haul. This made our trip much later. I do not recommend Enterprise. Incredibly unprofessional.
