  Made a reservation for a car with them, and during my break around the scheduled pickup time, I debated whether I should come 1–2 hours later because, based on past experiences, I’ve had to wait 3–4 hours before even with a reservation. At the very least, they should have updated me if they didn’t have any cars available. When I returned later, they told me there were no cars available and said I should have shown up exactly at the pickup time. I explained that even when I’ve arrived on time before, they still didn’t have vehicles available, but I was told they were completely sold out. Unfortunately, this has become an ongoing issue. What made the experience worse was the management crew blaming me and saying I “always have the same issues,” which felt rude and unprofessional when I was simply trying to pick up a confirmed reservation. Customer service was basically nonexistent, and the whole situation was handled very poorly. I’ve requested the Enterprise team review the camera footage because this should not keep happening to customers. If others have had similar experiences, please leave honest reviews. It could save someone else’s plans, especially for important family occasions like Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Great Mother’s Day gift from Enterprise — thank you

  Terrible customer service: Twice I checked online; every kind of vehicle available. Successfully make a booking only to get a call saying they have no cars. Called customer service and an agent successfully made me a booking. Then I get a call from this location saying, sorry we don’t have any cars. I feel like I am being discriminated against. Absolutely terrible customer service!

  Customer service, rates and vehicle were excellent. Be aware the branch on Continental way DOES NOT accept debit cards, does not provide spare tires with most of the vehicles, and requires additional deposits upon renting that are not disclosed during the reservation process.

  The service and staff were excellent ! The SUV they provided me with was clean and so nice to drive! Very accommodating in all aspects! Will use Enterprise in the future!

  Needed a rental while my car was in the shop. Staff was friendly, efficient, and really made sure that the rental car fit my needs. The whole experience was great. Will definitely go back there if I need another rental.
