After an extremely stressful day and an urgent need to travel out of town for medical reasons, I had already been denied a rental vehicle twice due to availability. At the very last minute, Varun and Muiz went above and beyond to arrange a vehicle for me when I truly needed it most. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant a lot to me and my family. I am incredibly grateful for their support and excellent service. Thank you again, Varun and Muiz, for making a stressful situation much easier.
- ASAsma SadiaMay 10, 20265.0I was given a free upgrade to an SUV. However, I didn't want a big one. I wanted a crossover Or a compact SUV. The agent worked with me to get me a midsize SUV (Volkwagen Tiguan). When I noticed that the fuel level wasn't full, I phoned them and they told me to return it 3/4 full. My inbound flight was delayed 5 hours and I phoned them to let them know so that my reservation is not canceled. They said they'll have sometbing for me when I land. Liked their service and would rent again when I'm in this city again.
