Even if you get something you don’t like they change it for free and provide you a vehicle according to your needs.

This second time, after paying, they then informed me that the cars were being unloaded off a truck, and asked us to wait for a while. After an hour we asked for an update and they didn't have one so we took a taxi into town to rent a car from Hertz. Absolutely ridiculous. The Alamo/National team seem to have a monopoly at the airport, and because of that they're coasting with poor service. The airport should encourage Hertz back for some good competition.

The two gentlemen I worked with, when I came to pick it up and when I dropped it off, were absolutely incredible. They explained everything in detail to me and eased my nervousness completely. Very professional. Answered every question I had. I would recommend Alamo to anyone. Thank You, for the most amazing experience, that a first time rental I've ever done.
