- JGJohn Graham5 days ago5.0Great service at check in and check out, the team went above and beyond when a quirky situation arose. All booking was done easily through Costco Travel.
- JJJoanna Cole (Jo)Sep 23, 20265.0Dropped off a car I had rented after a car accident and did the full make-sure-you-grab-everything clean out before dropping the keys. Got a phone call about an hour later that they’d found a set of keys in the car - I had no idea my daughter had popped her work keys in the glove box and they’d been left behind. I know this is proper protocol for a rental agency but after the stresses of being in an accident and other pressures, it was so reassuring that the representative at Alamo had my back.
- GGGina GalwaySep 19, 20265.0Convenient easy process. Clear support. Clean, well maintained vehicle
- SMSteve MclatchySep 17, 20263.0Staff are nice, cars are clean, but waits are too long. 30+ minute after checking in at counter both times I’ve been here. Not sure if it’s a procedural issue or lack of staffing but I travel quite a bit and never have this issue at other locations.
