  I got an oil change went to Vancouver and got home late Sunday night. Monday morning saw a big oil leak under my truck. Phone up Great Canadian Oil Change and spoke to Braeden (Manager) about what happened. I thought the plug might have been cross thread and leaking. He arrived at my home in OK Falls about an hour later checked everything and found that the filter need more tightening. Topped up my oil and made sure all was good. AMAZING service! absolutely top notch! I have been a customer for over 12 years and this was the first time I had an issue. It was handled so professionally and quickly, I was so impressed! Thank you Braeden for your support and professionalism....hard to find these days!

  I just visited Great Canadian Oil Change and wanted to comment on Brahim and the work he did for me on my vehicle today. I am so impressed by his ability to deliver fast, quality service. He had his hands full but I didn’t even notice or think twice about it, he handled everything very well and was very honest. I am more than happy with the service I received today. I phoned here the other day and over the phone I spoke to Chris, I wanted to point out how helpful he was over the phone too. Brahim—thank you so much! I hope that I spelled your name correctly, you are awesome and I appreciate all of the work you did for me today! I hope you are paid well because you really, really deserve to be!

  Always the best at Great Canadian Oil Change! The staff go the extra mile every time friendly, professional, and very helpful. They explain everything clearly without pressure and make sure the service is done properly and quickly. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and reliable vehicle service!

  Love this place the team was so helpful and supportive in helping me understand what they were doing and making sure I was ok with all of it. Randy went above and beyond by sharing some of his experiences and got me and my son laughing plus he gave my son a free pizza voucher since we weren't in town for very long. Thank you Great Canadian Oil Change you guys Rock

  Well, they seemed to know what they were doing but they could be more accurate about how long additional services take. I had a transmission service but was then told I had to return for a hot level check and this resulted in 40 minutes of waiting… I was told it was only a 5-minute addition. I would not have accepted that service that day had I known because I didn’t have the time. Usually happy with the service here though. Also, the latest coupon email offers $20 off a tire change AND $10 off an oil change but I was only allowed to use one. The ad literally says “ Bring your vehicle into Great Canadian Oil Change for a Seasonal Tire Changeover and save $20. Our technicians will handle the changeover and complete our 18-point maintenance check. And while you're here, you can take $10 off any oil change too. Two quick stops checked off your list in one visit.”
