- KRKimberley RAug 21, 20262.0I didn't appreciate arriving with no one waiting. Directed into a line up and told this one would be leaving next. Then have 3 other cars that came after me whip through the other bays while I sat waiting to go into the bay. The mini van that I was behind sat in the bay waiting for an air filter to be delivered. Finally my turn, no explanation, no apology. Then I was late for my appt because there was no way it should of taken that long since I was supposed to be the next vehicle.

I went this morning - bit of a line up - but fast friendly service - 50% of all (oil change and filter). Thank you for the great service!

- FCFMC CharlieAug 10, 20265.0They had told me a few times I should get my trani serviced. Me - "yea, yea , next time" , but I didn't. A couple of months ago I felt like my transmission wasn't too happy. Rather than go to Kelowna like GCO recommended (which would have been a pain) I took the gamble and got Great Canadian OIl to give it some love. IT WORKED. The trani is shifting up hills now, like when I thought it should be. BTW , while they were at it, may as well get the differential serviced too.
