Amazing crew, hard working and lovely people. More than once I've been able to get in there last minute for unexpected car troubles. The team is great at explaining what work needs to be done and why. I fully trust them and appreciate their services very much!!

I had a travel trailer tire blow out while on the road and stopped by Fountain Tire in Penticton for help. Thankfully, they had the exact replacement tire I needed in stock, which saved me a lot of stress and downtime. The service was excellent from start to finish. The gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond by carrying the new tire and rim and loading it into the back of my truck for me. It's rare to find that level of customer service these days, and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you to the team at Fountain Tire Penticton for the friendly, professional, and efficient service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tires or roadside assistance.

Needed a quick fix on the weekend (thermostat leaking coolant) - every other shop said they were too busy. This place was packed too, but Chuck and Shawna said they’d help me out and got everything sorted right away. Great folks - figured I better leave ‘em a 5 star!

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
