  Only about a 4 minute wait to be directed into the service bay. I was greeted by technician Dakota . She performed a lights check before proceeding. Watching her perform her duties, I noted she was very conscientious and efficient. Was thanked and told to have a great day.

  We took our 2006 ford escape in a couple days ago to have an oil change and the battery tested. We were welcomed before we even drove in. Then we met Callum the tech who took care of everything and more. They exceeded our expectations.starting from the first greeting to the cup of coffee, brand new battery, air filter and oil and filter change. Well walking through it all step by step with us. Allot of work for a very reasonable price. And even a great goodbye on our way out. We will definitely be back and I highly recommended them to anyone.

  I had a great experience with this oil change service. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. What really impressed me was their customer service. Even a few days later, when I called to ask for my invoice number, they were happy to help me right away. They were kind, professional, and made everything easy. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for excellent service and a team that truly cares about their customers. Thank you!

  I took my vehicle to Great Canadian Oil Change for a routine oil change. While I was there, I was told my rear windshield wiper seemed a little loose and that they would tighten it. The rear wiper was working properly before the service. After I left, the wiper no longer operated correctly. It rotated out of position and began wiping against the lower part of my vehicle, causing damage to the paint. I contacted the shop and was asked to bring the vehicle back. I was told the issue had been fixed, but the problem remained. As a result, I now need to pay for repairs to a rear wiper that was functioning properly before it was serviced. This was my experience, and I encourage others to carefully inspect their vehicles after any maintenance work.

  Great experience today. 2 young ladies working! Great service by the young lady ( forgot her name , sorry) and nice to see these ladies taking care of business together.
