- CCCalvin CanlasJun 13, 20265.0This National rental was extremely helpful in helping us make some last minute arrangements when our other rental with a different company fell through! Even though we were worried about the disruption in our work travel, the gentlemen at the front desk helped us get a great car for our work trip. Car was spotless and comfortable to drive. In my haste I mistakenly left some personal belongings that I noticed only after had already dropped the keys in the overnight box. I sent an email and they got back to me the next day and took great care of my belongings until I came back to pick them up. The Team here go above and beyond their job to make our experience enjoyable. The staff are trustworthy, helpful and most importantly friendly.

The clerk told me to return the car by the end of the next day for a one day rental, but they charged me for an additional day of rental and insurance for a couple hours over 24hr. The customer service was dismissive and claimed that “he spoke with his coworker” before lying about what they told me.
