  I got a rental car through icbc with this location. I was offered a damage waiver for $20. Little did I know it was $20 a day, I would’ve never agreed to the charge had I known… I want sent away with “it was in the contract” and I have now been charged $900 I believe these people have prayed upon a vulnerable person going through a hard time and found an opportunity to rob me dry. Only to find out my friend also had a negative experience here when she was made to feel less than for not knowing the rental car process. Respectfully these people are not nice people and you should go to any other location.

  I would like to praise Enterprise for the outstanding customer service I received. The whole procedure was extremely smooth, with all the options explained clearly and professionally. The car allocated to me was perfectly suited to my requirements. An excellent experience from start to finish.

  Dharm and Justin made the entire rental process super easy. The minivan I rented was pretty clean as well. Highly recommend this place!
