  The customer service and overall experience were excellent. Everyone was very respectful and helpful. When I called, I was told they would prepare a vehicle similar to mine, which is why my booking was delayed by two days. Otherwise, I could have picked up any available car the same day. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the vehicle they had planned for me was no longer available, and I ended up taking a minivan instead. Honestly though, it turned out to be a fun experience driving the van 😄 They also kindly offered that I could come back and switch to another vehicle if I preferred. When I returned the vehicle, they were also kind enough to drive me back to my own car. Overall, I was very happy with their service and appreciated how respectfully they treated me.

  Even with calling and confirming our check in , no car was provided. I understand if they are busy but they made me take a 50 minutes bus ride. They could have cancelled on the phone.

  I booked a premium full size pickup for one day to move a sofa do my mom. They called me a couple days before to confirm my rental which seems unusual and when they asked if I definitely needed a truck I emphasized that only a full size truck would work. I told them to please call me if that was goi f to be a problem The booking said F150 or equivalent. They only had a Santa Cruz when I arrived. While apologetic after I expressed my frustration they didn’t really offer to do anything except phone some other locations. I had been dropped off at the marine location and had to phone my daughter to come back and pick me up. They didn’t even offer it bring the truck to me or get me an uber to the Vancouver location or discount the rental.

  This branch is really good. They offered free rides even I couldn't rent a car from them. Perfect customer service. Highly recommended.
