  I had an overall okay experience with this Enterprise location, but I was disappointed by the customer service. The staff did not seem very friendly or welcoming. When I was recording the condition of the rental car during drop-off for my own documentation, I was told to stop because an employee was in the frame. I completely respect people’s privacy, but the interaction could have been handled in a much more polite and customer-friendly way. The rental process itself was fine, but I hope the staff can provide a warmer and more professional experience for future customers.

  What great service from Enterprise. It exceeded all my expectations. Maria helped make my first experience driving a Ram unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly and even gave me some great tips for my trip. She made me feel at home, like I was renting a car from a friend. I’ve often had bad experiences at other Enterprise locations, but this one was by far the best. The staff at some other locations can come across as unfriendly or have an attitude. Here, it was the complete opposite. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Even though I live far from North Vancouver, I wouldn’t mind driving all the way back just to rent from this location again and try some of their other exotic cars. The experience is what makes all the difference. 🔑

  Wow, I just had a great experience with this company. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was smooth and easy. Definitely recommend.

  Horrible customer Service. ICBC authorized a car rental after an accident that wasn’t our fault, they asked us for 100.00 for deposit which first off if ICBC is paying then why do I have to but fine. Then they proceeded to make the process the most difficult thing ever. They don’t take pre paid credit cards which is all I have and I need to basically sell a kidney to pay via visa debit. It’s renting a car not weapons grade plutonium. Absolutely ridiculous
