They met me right at the Hullo ferry terminal with the car ready to go, including car seats for our two kids (we had to install them but that’s standard). The paperwork was quick and seamless on a tablet right there on pickup. Drop-off at the Nanaimo airport was just as smooth—no issues at all. Charges were exactly as expected with no surprises. Would definitely use them again.
