  We were 1800km away from home when we started having major car troubles. It was day 3 of our 16 day vacation. I called the dealership at around 1:30 in the afternoon, explained the situation (car wouldn’t start consistently), and they asked us to come in that afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the items that afternoon. We were back on the road before 5:00. It was a huge relief to us and now we can enjoy the rest of our trip without worry.

  I had an excellent experience buying my vehicle at Nanaimo Honda. From the moment I walked in, there was zero pressure. No pushy sales tactics, just honest, helpful people who let me take my time and make the right decision. Mike was a fantastic salesman. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for rather than trying to upsell me. He made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. The finance team was exceptional as well, especially with my trade-in. They were fair, transparent, and made a process that can be stressful feel easy. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or confused about the numbers. I'd highly recommend Nanaimo Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.   Chad Arnsdorf was our sales representative and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. No time wasted getting a price for our trade in and along with Sales Manager Val Harsonsky they sourced us a 2026 Hybrid CRV in our colour of choice. It was ready for us to pick up in 2 days. Reminder to Hybrid owners....there is no spare tire. Unfortunately we had a flat tire 12 days later and had to be towed to the dealership. Everyone stepped up and the tire was patched and we were on our way within about 90 minutes. Good job everyone!

  My experience from the time I walked through the door, Brandon Kiarie met with me as I had made a mistake with which Honda Dealership I had been chatting with. He set me straight and very nicely helped me with what I was looking for. He found the car that fit our lifestyle and needs. Handled everything perfectly and professionally. Val Harsoonsky also helped with some decisions that helped make the right decisions on financing he explained in detail what he was explaining so we could understand. Then there was the FinanceI department. Chiffon Prince was so organized and explained everything we needed to know and if we didn’t understand she made sure we did. I have walked into other car dealerships and honestly Nanaimo Honda is the most beautiful building with lots of room and it’s bright and not noisy. It’s an organized building that is inviting. Thank you all for your help finding us our beautiful Honda CRV Sport.
