  I spoke with headquarters bc booking to make sure the measurements of the vehicle i was renting would be the same as the description online (as per the reviews response. That was the right call) I also asked about if the vehicle i had selected would be available for 21-24 year olds to rent. They said yes, that the location i had picked allows it. I called the location to double check they said no originally, but they took sometime to look at the website and it has recently been updated. They assured me I would be able to rent the vehicle as stated on their website. Definitely doubled check before renting to have all of your questions answered. Wonderful and patient staff.

  Rental agent the branch manager at Nanaimo very nice and professional. Equipment a 1 ton cargo van was new but immaculately kept. A pleasure to drive. Return location prince geoge the people there were very nice and courteous. Took me at no cost to my hotel.

  We had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Truck Rental in Nanaimo renting our 2026 Ford F-350. Our representative, Mosher, was excellent to deal with from start to finish—professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire rental process quick and hassle-free. The truck was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly what we needed. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, and Mosher went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Enterprise Truck Rental Nanaimo again. Highly recommend asking for Mosher!

  Best place to rent a truck in nanaimo, The staff are great and Moshir explained everything clearly and excellent comminication. The truck was brand new with only 60kms. Very happy with our rental.
