  Google Review We made two reservations for 1/2-ton pickups months in advance because we were travelling to Alberta and wanted to make sure we had a truck for the trip. We were hoping to at least get one half-ton, but were instead offered a Chevrolet 2500 HD (3/4-ton). We politely declined due to the higher fuel costs. The staff member was also rude and dismissive about the situation. I understand availability can be limited, but booking months ahead and still not getting the reserved vehicle class was very disappointing.

  The rental desk attendants were exceptionally helpful on the phone and in person. They helped us swiftly get on our way with the rental best suited to our trip. They went the distance to make sure we were happy and well taken care of! Thanks - we will rent with you again 😃

  One on the best I’ve been to , quick check in and checkout , helpful on the phone abd very helpful with pick up abd drop off service , my go to place in Nanaimo

  Every time we call to get their free shuttle or for any other request or booking, they keep us on hold for 45+ minutes. Good luck getting any response from these guys whatsoever. Only useful if you are ok with several hours of waiting.

  Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Even though I didn't end up renting a vehicle from them, they saved the day in other ways. It really means a lot when people go above and beyond, despite not making a sale.
