  After I purchased my truck I was not notified that the transmission was recently flushed took my truck in to get it flushed as we had it for a little while not knowing the last time it was done they checked the fluid and instead of just changing it informed me that it didn't need to be done saving me hundreds of dollars shout out to Cameron and ethan for your honesty and integrity made one happy customer thank you again

  These guys are awesome! Went today to get oil changed because my vehicles computer said was needed but they looked at the condition of the oil and determined it wasn’t due yet. Did quick check of everything else topped off washer fluids and was no charge, How often does a business do that?? Absolutely appreciate their honesty and this is exactly why been going to this location for several years now and will definitely continue giving them my business! Thanks again guys!!! You’re the best!

  11am 5/28. Worst place I've ever ATTEMPTED to get my oil changed. Emphasis on attempted because the "it'll just be 10 minutes" turned into "we're not gonna say another word to you guys and make you wait an hour in the sun" no customer service, no accomodation, no hey sorry this one's taking a while, we waited, watched the lady in front pay, and then waited, the lady in front of us got put of her car to smoke a cigarette, we waited some more, and some more. After an hour of waiting we asked the car behind us to move so we can back out and we told the lady behind us how long we were waiting and she said oh hell no and left too. Just cost your business 2 customers today. 0/10 will NEVER be back. I'd rather drive to Abbotsford and go to jiffy at least they know what they're doing and have 3 bays vs just 1. And have good customer service skills would've at least offered a discount or something for the inconvenience.
