Very disappointed with my experience and will never be back.
I had my brakes replaced and within less than 30 days I started hearing squealing and grinding whenever I braked. I brought my vehicle back multiple times. First, I was told my rotors were overheating and that it was something that "just happens" so the front brakes and rotors were replaced again. When the same noise returned within a day, I brought it back again and the pads were replaced again. Despite multiple visits, repeated repairs, and my vehicle being kept for an entire day multiple times, the problem was never fixed. My brakes are still making the same noises, and now the warranty period has expired, leaving me stuck with the issue and no option to have it fixed under warranty. I paid a significant amount of money for this and expected a proper diagnosis and it to be fixed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Great guys. My son hit a curb and blew out a couple of tires. The team was fair and supportive through the process.

My E350 had brakes done here by previous owner abut month before purchasing, and they left tons of air in the system and failed to install rear drum brakes properly causing them to fall apart, keeper springs were loose when I removed the drum.
I’m just glad it wasn’t my money wasted, but now it’s my problem to repair their mistakes

The staff are knowledgeable and care about the customers they service. Yan on the service counter was great. The mechanics were quick and took great care of my truck. I highly recommend this location
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
