  My experience with Enterprise during my ICBC claim was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Having to deal with a vehicle accident is already stressful enough, but the issues I encountered with my rental only made the situation significantly more frustrating. When I first picked up my rental vehicle, I was given a much smaller car even though I normally drive a sedan. While I understand that availability can vary, it was not an ideal replacement. Shortly after driving it, I noticed that the maintenance warning light was illuminated. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told it was “not a big deal.” I also found that the vehicle was consuming an excessive amount of fuel, which added unnecessary inconvenience and expense. Because of these issues, I had to return to exchange the vehicle. Unfortunately, the replacement vehicle presented another problem—it had a cracked windshield. I immediately expressed my concerns because I did not believe it was appropriate to provide a customer with a vehicle that had visible windshield damage. Despite this, I was again told that it was fine. To make matters worse, the replacement vehicle was provided with only half a tank of fuel, yet I was expected to return it with a full tank. This created unnecessary stress and frustration during an already difficult time while managing an ICBC claim. Throughout the entire experience, I found the customer service and communication to be poor. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed rather than taken seriously, and I did not feel that my safety or satisfaction as a customer was a priority. Renting a vehicle through an ICBC claim should help reduce the stress of being without your own vehicle—not add to it. Based on my experience, Enterprise’s professionalism, communication, and attention to customer concerns fell well below my expectations. I hope they improve their customer service and vehicle inspection process so others do not have a similar experience.

  Enterprise is the only car rental I will use. Their service is always on time, with flexible options, easy on-line booking and for extending the rental agreement. I’ve used them 3 times in the past year and totally happy with my experience, and to boot, they have fair pricing and reliable cars.

  This was my first time renting a car through Enterprise for an ICBC claim, and Tatiana at the Langley location made it a super pleasant experience! English is not my first language, (my son is writing this review on my behalf) but she went above and beyond, doing her absolute best to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood the whole process. I was so grateful for her patience and kindness. Because of her exceptional customer service, my overall image of Enterprise has become immensely positive. Thanks to Tatiana, I will definitely continue to choose Enterprise even after I relocate to Toronto. Highly recommend this location!

  Professional and friendly. We booked the economy option but the car was very new, and had many options. My European mastercard had an issue with the hold but the staff put in a lot of effort to solve it and to provide alternative payment methods which solved the problem. I have had bad experiencies in the past with European rental companies, but this time the rental experience was very smooth, friendly and no BS afterwards so I highly recommend.

  I had the car from enterprise for the whole month. From the day i picked it up and throughout the duration i would say i couldnt have had a better experience. I had sold my car and was in a rental for the duration. The branch manager Cristian Sultan is the most amazing person ever. But when came the time to return the car my experience was horrible. The guys leo and dj are the most rude people i have come across in the customer service industry. I wasnt in lower mainland and i couldnt recall the return date so i called at the store where i was made to wait for atleast 15 minutes before someone could tell me the return date. Then i asked them about the re-write to which i didn’t get an answer whether it will be the same price or slightly higher or lower. The response that i got was oh first you bring the car back it is time and then we will talk. When i asked again then the guy responded by saying it is going to be way more expensive and if I cant i had better return it today. I mean i understand that its a business but the tone, the way he reacted was just way off as if he owned the organisation. Throughout the whole conversation i kept asking if i could deal with Cristian and they didnt say whether he was in or not till the end. So i decided to drop the car back and when i went in to the store. The guy did a walk around and when he saw that i had driven the car 2600 kms in a month he made a snide remark saying i shouldnt have driven that much. I mean the company practically endorses that the customers can drive the cars without any hassle. The sole reason i am giving a completely satisfied is because of the way Cristian dealt with me. The way he followed up with my rental status and would call in everytime when he had to extend the hold. Hats off to the guy, who runs a branch like this with a team this bad.
