  Very bad experience. I reserved a car online. Got there. They told me they didn’t have the car available, sure all good. I understand things happen. Then I Asked if they had anything else to rent which they replied no. Not a single car available to rent. All this while they advertise on Expedia dozens of different cars available with same day reservations. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time booking with enterprise as they’ll probably double book you considering they said there were 20 other people ahead of me also waiting for a car.

  Charlie Garcia from customer support went above and beyond (really just doing his job - but made me feel like he was giving me priority). We had an issue with the booking process and he made sure to do everything he could and take the time to fix it for us. Previous agents not so much of help - but he earned his stars today!! Muchisimas gracias señor!!!!!! You earned my business.

  Very bad experience. So unprofessional staff. Only professional in hiding the total cost you will pay at return. I booked ford edge through Costco for $294.00 all in for 6 days. They did not have it and offered me Mercedes small in size. Then offered me Infinity QX80 for $70 extra. After a week at return I ended up paying $893.00 Nobody explain me total i will be paying. I confirmed with staff that total $70 will be more i have to pay if i take QX80. But at return they said $70 per day. If i am booking $45 per day Ford edge then why i would take another $70 car per day. I would never recommend enterprise rent a car. I wish i could give zero star.

  I would give them no stars if I could but sadly can’t this has been a horrible experience the mangement is a joke for sure who have no basic common sense to speak of and lack any personal skill what so ever after years of renting from them with generally no issue but since their staff changes the last few times they never have a car for those who book months before it is needed not only that they avoid you when you try to get any answer on when you will have any car to get you to any destination it’s been several hours since we were went to have the car to do our travel feeling we won’t have one and as they pass us around the office person to person to get the same excuse all this is doing is losing their customer and destroyed any good will we had for their business as now as we head to their office again to not only not get a car but to have them look me in the eye and answer our questions since they can’t even be so kind to do so on the phone I say to everyone who does read this don’t waste your time or money or even a thought on enterprise go with another rental place because they are worthless and Gould be paid as much six different people on the phone now from manger to every sales associate hope they are ready for us!
