  Please don’t forget your things in the vehicles they will steal it!! I forgot a few of my belongings in a vehicle (valuable items) and when I arrived to pick them up half of the items were missing, only the valuable/expensive items. They said they couldn’t find the rest of my things and stared at me blankly as if they just expected me to walk out. I ask them how we would fix the situation and they said they’d speak with a manager and get back to me, it’s been four days and nobody has said anything. Probably just hoping i walk away without my valuable items. Quite ridiculous and breaking trust with a customer doesn’t look too great and I was disappointed as I’ve received quite well customer service before from enterprise.

  Stay away from this branch they are rascists They kept lying to me about what they had They took my wife out of a Mercedes and told us it was goin for an service check up A month later She was still in the car they put her in and she kept calling, emailed over 5 times With no answer They manager Christian openly lied to me about carrying Mercedes told me enterprise does not carry Mercedes anymore… Do not rent here they lie to keep out of your vechile and do not respect your family They keep your deposits and they will upcharge you for cars to keep money in their pockets

  Unfortunately, we had an extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. We called in advance to ask whether they had cars and child seats available. We were told that they did and that we could even come in personally to have a look at both the car and the child seat. To our surprise, when we arrived, we were told that they had no cars available and, on top of that, that they had never provided child seats at that location. After this disappointing experience, I checked their website out of curiosity, and it clearly showed that cars were indeed available. So we were given completely contradictory information by phone, in person, and online. We don't know what caused such a serious communication failure, whether the staff were simply poorly informed or whether they were just unwilling to help us. Whatever the reason, this level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on Enterprise. What made the situation even worse was that we were standing there with our 4 year old child, and the staff showed absolutely no interest in helping us find an alternative or offering any kind of solution. There was no effort to assist us, no empathy, and not even particularly friendly treatment. We wasted our time going there based entirely on information provided by Enterprise themselves. After this experience, I would not recommend this company, in fact, I would not even recommend wasting your time contacting them.

  I reserved a minivan at this location and I got a call back saying there are none available (after receiving confirmation). Offered me a compact suv, while I was looking to haul 6-7 people. If you don't have a specific vehicle type available, why show on your website? I could have just saved my time and looked at other locations.

  I’ve got the car accident I did but it’s not my fault so I CBC cover all the cost so the body shop went and rent a vehicle for me and they told me it might take three weeks to contact enterprise Rent-A-Car and the body shop told me they didn’t know what kind of vehicle did they have for me you could contact them and to ask them . So I contact enterprise at Fraser Valley. The person who answered the phone was absolutely unprofessional route very disrespect. She answer the phone I ask what gonna be call me I have she said you have a SRV Said is it possible if you could change it to the different vehicle she refuse. I said I asked her I could come back tomorrow if the car is too big can be switched or you could contact the other location. I could pick it up the absolutely not if you don’t like it go somewhere else so they cancelled the reservation. I contact the customer service and then they booked the new reservation that was supposed to car. Be ready at the Langley bypass and they were supposed to call me they didn’t I contact them they said oh we give you your card to somebody else because that cost them ask us I said but they had a reservation and the manager was so rude and hangover phone on me I contacted customer service. Make it a story short. Even I had a reservation even I’ve been patient. I keep calling enterprise. None of the general managers are contact me none of the manager of area. These contact me in five days waiting for them from Friday until Tuesday. That I’m still waiting for them to reply to me please do not please do not do business by enterprise. They are not and they don’t care at all but mean customer service except they love your money so ICBC told me when I contact them I shared it what’s happening they said you are available at service and we apologize. You could go somewhere else and get a Vehicle and they will cover it. The cost what I’m trying to say please do not do business with enterprise. You will be have a loss of a problem as a customer service. They don’t care about the customer service. They are not pro professional you keep up to contact them until take forever somebody call you please do not do business by enterprise ever.
