  Recently I came here to get my car repaired after an accident. Excellent and very welcoming staff. They did a great job on the paint of the car and I had some problems afterwards with parts and they changed it without any issue. I am very pleased with the service i have received. Thank you!!

  Would I go back: NO Would I recommend it: NO ---Update--- Manager Stan, got involved and was able to get the car back to the shop and have the remaining issues fixed. Good to know that someone is still looking after their customers. -- update-- thank you for your response, your manager never called about this issue at all. Saw the car today, and I attached a few pictures, as its still not fixed property and the bumper still misaligned and the tabs on top are not installed they are just sitting loose letting the rubber molding loose. this is just carelessness or they just don't know how to do the job properly! ---OLD --- I went here based on the reviews and considering they are a known brand. It was a simple hit to a Honda Civic in the front left corner while the car was parked. Booked an apt for the first visit where they will look at the car and take pictures so they can submit the claim to ICBC and get approval. - this took 5 days (normal) Booked the apt for the car to be repaired, dropped it off on a Wednesday, and was told it will be ready for Wednesday next week as its a strig forward job. - asked them to polish the headlights as they looked like they needed it - they agreed and made note of it. - asked them to do minor touch up to the rear bumper as its an old car has some small marks --- they refused as this is something they will not do. - strange as other shops have always been able to do this. -- okey no worries every shop has their own rules. Called to see if the car was ready on Wednesday, they said NO -- had some issues the car will be ready for Friday. Called on Thursday to see if the car will be ready on Friday - was told NO its just going into the booth on Friday morning for painting and should be ready by days end. - was not ready again. To this point.. fair thinks happen sometimes not in our control - gave them the benefit. Monday got the call the car is ready - came to pick up the car at 330pm -Tech said it came out really well, they did a full clean and got the car ready for pick up. Did a walk around, - the headlights not cleaned at all - still the same - tech said - sorry we missed that i can do by hand right now it will take me 5-10 min. - look at the hood it was not aligned at all, the gap on once side is much larger then the other side. The hood is also higher on one side then the other side. - the front bumper is popping out from the fender (as it was not installed properly or a clip was missing ) --- HOW do you miss this ? - tech reply: that hood looks normal, but the bumper we can fix. then I had him do a closer look at the hood when I should him that I put a part of my finger in the gap on one side and only my nail fits the other side .. there is no way this is straight - tech agreed. Said he has to take the car back into the shop and will take them about an hour or so to fix. we can stay and wait or come back on Tuesday. Late at delivery by 3 days and the car was not completed properly. The car was for a friend and they know nothing about cars, if I was not there these mistakes would not have been addressed or acknowledged. to the managers --- If you're returning a Car back to the client after it's been repaired, maybe have someone go through it before calling the client to come pick it up. - this is basic 101 on repairs. you do a full walk through before telling the client the car is ready. and maybe not park the car facing into a small stall in between 2 other cars, so when the client comes to see it they have an easy time to walk through it. - there is tons of room in your parking lot to do this stage properly.

  Excellent service and quality repair from Boyd in Langley! Stan was exceptional and kept me well informed on the repair progress and the pricing was more than fair for the work I had done. 10/10 would recommend.

  Lawrence was very helpful and on top of things. They perfectly repaired my car without any issues. No hassle for paperwork as well. Highly recomended.
