  We moved our business from Mr Lube to Great Canadian Oil Change because they had more accurate feedback for our 2021 truck. (Plus they gave us a free car wash and doggie bones for our pup). Mr Lube tried to get us to change the differential fluids at 50,000 kms when Ford recomends it at 100,000 kms - which is aligned with what Great Canadian Oil Change recommended as well. We won't be going back to Mr. Lube. We no longer trust them!!!!

  Went to get a solid baseline for all the fluids (engine oil, engine coolant, transmission, rear axle fluid, transfer case, etc.) for my car. The owner, Dustin, is a wonderful guy. He checked everything and explained to me what was due for a change and what was not. He knows these things very well but still asked for my opinion before changing anything. He also gave me a little break ($25 off plus 2 free car washes worth $26), as my car was due for heavy maintenance. Highly recommended. Will go again.

  Had another great experience today with Tommy and the Team here today, I brought in a coupon I found that turned out to be for a different location and they had no obligation to honor it or do anything for it but they still offered me a $25 discount. My car has some pretty major issues which I was aware of, they were completely honest with their assessment, but respected when I asked for only an oil change and didn't pressure me any further. I've been here a few times, and every time I've had phenomenal service, this is the only place in Kelowna you should be having your oil changed. PS - Car made it great to Vancouver

  Brady was fantastic! When we brought in my daughter's car before she's selling it, we wanted to make sure everything was in top shape. Brady was incredibly kind and thorough—he went through all the fluids and checked the tire pressure carefully, making sure everything was exactly right. You could tell he really cared about doing the job properly. Definitely recommend Brady and GC Oil Change to anyone who wants reliable, honest service. Great experience!
