  Absolutely the best lube shop in Kelowna. Friendly team, no pressure sales, and genuinely honest service. Dustin is polite, kind, and leads a fantastic staff. The quality of work is consistently A+. Keep up the great work!!!!

  My technician, Tommy, was very knowledge about my car and the maintenance required. He looked up the specs and mileage for services and offered me prices for shopping around without being pushy. It was refreshing to talk to someone who genuinely loves his job and he made the experience quick and pleasant.

  Was a last minute decision to get my oil change and it was so quick. Thank you to the team working on my old vehicle, “Betty White”, she is happier now with fresh oil and new filter.

  We serviced 2 vehicles today under the customer appreciation deal, Dustin and all of his crew are first class, accommodating not Pushy and very helpful.I cannot recommend them enough great job Guys and Girls Should also add this was at the Richter st location in Kelowna

  After the damage that was incurred to my vehicle from lack of lubrication,i would not let your company change the oil in my deep fryer..so far i have had to replace 8 u joints from lack of grease,4 ball joints that failed due to lack of grease...dealing with a oil pan leak that has a piggyback plug in it because YOUR EXPERT TECHNICIAN screwed it up.. No accountability from "great Canadian oilchange"..not even a offer to fix what they screwed up.
