Dropped in because my “low tire” indicator was on. They checked them right away, added air to all four and wouldn’t take any money. Extremely impressed!!!

Absolute exceptional souls work here! Friendly, knowledgable and can help you out in a last-minute pinch. Travelling from Calgary to Oliver, and I needed some advice on how my truck was handling on the road, they did an assessment and were able to pinpoint my issue. To top it off, they are pet friendly! My two rescues enjoyed their affection and treats. Thank you!

Recently had 2 vehicles in to this shop and was impressed by the attention to detail received by both. One had somewhat minor work, I suppose, but the second needed much more attention.
After picking the first back up I was told that it actually has about 16 grease nipples, all of which were bone dry. Was disappointing to learn because our vehicles go for regular maintenance at other shops and thought things like that were being taken care of.
Anyways. The new muffler and ball joints on the big truck are obviously great and they tightened the steering, to where it was supposed to be, and now we have to get used to driving her again! Never realized it was so out of whack.
Also received a great price on new tires.
Very happy, very grateful. We shall be back!

Such a great experience here! I drove up 15 minutes to close with a screw in my tire and a fast leak, expecting to leave my vehicle there until they could look at it the next day - but not so! They took it in immediately and fixed it right then and there. Super friendly and accommodating team - I will be back for sure!

I strongly question the honesty and integrity of this shop.
They worked on my vehicle and destroyed my wheel lock nuts. Instead of asking me where the lock nut key was (it was clearly sitting on the passenger seat inside the car), they didn’t even bother to ask. It’s hard not to feel like this was done to increase the bill. I was charged $20 for four new nuts after they ruined the originals.
What makes it worse is that they didn’t even have the decency to tell me they damaged my lock nuts while I was paying the bill. I only discovered the damage after I got home. That is completely unacceptable.
When they start working on my car
I received a phone call telling me my brakes were “metal to metal” and that all four brake pads needed to be replaced immediately. That’s a serious and alarming claim meant to create urgency.
When I got home, I removed the wheels myself and inspected the brakes. The pads are clearly mid-wear, not metal-to-metal, and not in urgent need of replacement. There is still plenty of friction material left. I will be sharing photos with this review so people can see the actual condition for themselves.
If I didn’t have basic mechanical knowledge, I could have easily paid a large bill for repairs that were completely unnecessary. This kind of behavior is exactly why so many people don’t trust mechanic shops.
I strongly warn people to be cautious before bringing their vehicle here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop and advise others to think twice before trusting them with their car.
Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly.
Common ways to measure tread include the following.
- Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace.
- Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low.
- Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure.
If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.
What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?
It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling.
Common signs include:
- Vehicle pulls to one side
- Crooked steering wheel
- Uneven tire wear
- Loose or unstable steering
- Vibration in the steering wheel
If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
What’s included in the seasonal car care package?
Our seasonal car care package gets your vehicle ready for the weather ahead. It includes:
- Fresh engine oil and filter
- Chassis lubrication (as needed)
- Charging and starting system check
- Brake inspection
- Fluid top-ups
- Belt and hose inspection
- Battery test
- Tire and pressure check
- Heating/cooling system check
- Lights, wipers, and overall safety check
It’s a great way to make sure your vehicle is ready for the season.
What do the numbers on my tires mean?
The numbers on your tire’s sidewall tell you the size, load rating, and speed rating.
Example: 225/55R17 97H
- 225 – Tire width (mm)
- 55 – Height as a % of width
- R – Radial construction
- 17 – Wheel diameter (inches)
- 97 – Load rating (how much weight it can carry)
- H – Speed rating (maximum safe speed)
These numbers help us match you with the right tire.
When should I put my winter tires on?
A good rule of thumb: when you can see your breath — about 7°C and below. At that temperature, all-season tires start to harden, while winter tires stay flexible and grippy. Booking early helps you beat the rush.
