  I was already dealing with the aftermath of an accident that was not my fault, and I went to Enterprise expecting a professional company to make getting a rental as straightforward as possible. Instead, the experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely unsupported. What made the situation even worse was the way I was dealt with by the staff. It genuinely felt like a “good cop, bad cop” approach — one person would appear understanding and make it seem like they wanted to help, while the other would come in with a hard-line attitude and shut everything down by simply pointing to company policy. Then the roles seemed to reverse. It was extremely frustrating and came across as a tactic rather than genuine customer service. I understand that Enterprise has policies. Every business does. But when someone is standing in front of you dealing with an accident and trying to get transportation, there should be some effort to understand the circumstances and find a reasonable solution. Instead, I felt like I was being bounced between people while being given the same answer in different ways. There was no real attempt to find a solution just policy after policy being used as a reason why they couldn’t help. The whole experience made an already stressful situation substantially worse. This is exactly when customer service matters most when something has gone wrong and the customer needs help. Unfortunately, Enterprise Kelowna showed me that their policies seem to matter more than the customer standing in front of them. I walked away extremely disappointed and with a completely different impression of Enterprise than I had before. If this is how Enterprise treats customers during difficult circumstances, I would seriously think twice before renting from this location.

  We rented a car, they cancelled it just before pick-up. Excellent service. Avoid this company.

  Extremely friendly, polite, and talked me through the check-out so I was clear on all the necessary information and considerations. Drop-off, same thing, and they even gave me a ride back to downtown. Overall had a great experience.
