  My wife and I were on our cross Canada tour from eastern Canada and had a mechanical breakdown. This ended up as a warranty issue that left us in a lurch for 16 days The warranty covered a rental, so off we go to Enterprise. When we arrived Sanjali greeted us with smiles and a very professional mannerism. We were informed that the car dealership that arranged our rental, we were going to get a small car. We travelled in a SUV that was full of our gear. We explained our plight to Sanj and she was very empathetic to our plight and offered without a second thought a mini van. Wow. This warranty issue was expected to be a couple of days…….. 16 days later we returned the van. We returned it near end of work day, we rushed to get there and get to our dealership. In doing so I left my iPad in the van. This Enterprise was closed by the time I realized it was gone. I was worried to say the least so I called the airport location and they told me not to worry as the van was in a secure fenced lot and that the van wouldn’t have been rented out yet as it needed an oil change and cleaning. They provided us with a direct phone number to that location. I called and my iPad was secured in their safe. Wow what a great company to deal with. Every employee we talked to or just were nearby had a great demeanour. It is plain to see that they are a great team. Oh yea an hour after getting the van we took a stone in the windshield. I was going to have it repaired on our dime and our time. They gave me a glass repair company location I could go to in my area which was great.They paid for the chip repair and gave them permission to repair the other 2 chips that already existed.WOW What a great company to have this experience with. Ps. Got back hear in Atlantic Canada with a brand new vehicle ( vehicle not repairable in time time frame required ) Warranty again so off to Enterprise. Nope Brayden came to the dealership, drove me to my home to pick up required identification. What another wonderful experience considering our situation.. We will never use anyone but Enterprise as they are a 11 out of ten company. West to east. Thanks to the Enterprise company and their great employees.

  Horrible experience, I didn't have a credit card so I had to give them 100 dollars as collateral and they said it would take 1 week for me to get it back in the mail and it has been 3 MONTHS! I've gone into the store and called multiple times and finally after the 4th call I got someone that actually gave a shit and put any amount of effort into getting my money back. I can confidently say I will NEVER come back except to collect the money that has still yet to come in. Thanks for nothing

  Incredible service from Dante from pick up to drop off. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Not to mention the rental car was 10/0
