  Everything went smoothly with pickup. The car I requested arrived before my requested pickup time, which I really appreciated. Staff was top notch, kind and efficient. From the best customer service I've had for my rental car agency. The only challenge came during drop off. I was not aware that transportation arrangements required two hours’ notice, and I only discovered that afterwards when reviewing the website policies. Because it was a long weekend, the location did not have staff available to provide a ride back to my accommodation. Unfortunately, public transit during the holiday weekend was difficult, and rideshare pricing was quite high due to surge rates. Overall, the experience was still positive, but one possible improvement could be highlighting the two hour notice requirement at the time of pickup, or sending a reminder by text, email, or phone before the return date. I think that would help avoid confusion and make the process smoother for customers.

  I don't normally rent vehicles too often but I had a work trip to Vancouver. I thought about just driving my own vehicle but the company prefers I rent for longer distances. I looked at Google reviews and this place seemed to have the most reviews and also was one of, if not, the best rated in Kelowna. My experience matched the positive reviews. Pre-booked through the app and pick up went smooth. They will pick you up from home if you call and pre arrange it. I ended up taking an Uber because I needed the rental first thing in the morning. Great service upon arrival. Walk through and inspection was professional. No issues with car, full tank of gas. Nice ride, 2025 VW Jetta, low KMS. Nothing to report during my trip. Drove to Vancouver, stayed the night and drove back. Ride was smooth and comfy, wireless Car Play/Android Auto. Just remember to delete your phone info after. Don't be like Travis. Travis didn't remove his phone from the car memory. Return process was painless. Did a return inspection and nothing of note. Return guy was cool, we talked about guitars. Overall a great experience renting from here. They will have my business again. 10/10 would recommend.
