  Alas after a very long history of renting with Enterprise my history with them comes to an end. Typical story; late pick up in the dark, in the cold. Didn't have the tools to check the tires thoroughly. Naively thought 'They wouldn't rent me a car that's not safe' Well. They would. And they did. Bare all season tires. One of the tires did not meet the required depth according to Enterprise's OWN CALIPER. Slid into a snowbank in a parking lot that had a little bit of ice going at the speed you go when you're parking. Really light impact, really big damage to the cheap plastic bumper. When I brought the car back the staff was really chill and laid back and nice about it. We mentioned that the tires are literally bare minimum on treads and the employee measured all the tires. Then I got a voicemail from this location thanking me for taking such good care of the car and everything looks great (still have the transcript). So I thought 'OK. They realized they were negligent so they are not charging me for the damage. WRONG. $8,000 claim arrived in the mail a few months later. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And yes. I know all the rental companies are the same. That's why I don't rent from BUDGET anymore either. But Enterprise won't be getting another cent from me. And honestly, I don't need you AI slop answer of 'Dear Customer, safety and compliance are of the utmost importance to us....blah blah blah BS'

  Rented a "mystery" car from Kelowna's airport Enterprise Car Rental first week of June 2026. The vehicle ended up being a very nice and clean Chrysler Pacifica with lots of bells and whistles. Service at the airport counter (by Madelyn R.) was friendly and professional. Madelyn even brought my wife's phone to the lot as she had forgotten it on the counter. Return was seamless, no stress and no surprise. Great customer service with Madelyn again. I will not hesitate to rent a vehicle with them again.
