  I flew in last night after a nightmare of delays and rebookings which long story short ended up causing me to arrive around 11:10 PM at YLW. Dexter was locking up to leave as they technically closed at 11 PM. He let me know right away he was gonna help me out but it was going to take a bit longer than normal as he had just locked everything up to head home. No hesitation while he easily could have passed it off as a "sorry I can't do anything" but instead he went out of his way to help me out of a bad spot. This is what customer service and going above and beyond looks like. Moments like these define why we use a company or service. It's why I've been loyal to Enterprise and continue to be, people and employees like Dexter are uncommon in the world today. I hope his leadership gets to see this and he get the recognition he deserves. As a Sr. Leader in a large organization myself this is the type of person I would hire in a heartbeat. Friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile beyond policy or guidelines when it makes sense for the customer and the business.

  Wasted half an hour on the phone just to cancel my reservation American office picks up and don’t know Canadian policy so they just void everything and start again with different agent …

  Enterprise helped me secure another rental as I was returning a week long rental. My flight was cancelled due to the wildfires and smoke, and booked me a one way rental back to Edmonton. Thank you Madelyn and staff. Very helpful staff, accommodating, and communication was great. I will recommend Enterprise to anyone travelling to Kelowna

  I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived late to the Kelowna Airport. The car I had reserved was available but I landed after the rental car center was supposed to be closed. As I was rushing to see if anyone was still there my phone rang and it was Keylee from Enterprise, inquiring if I was still going to pickup the car. She was wonderful! She said she would stay there until I was at their office. Everything went smoothly after that. She saved me a bunch of headaches. I will always remember the young lady who went beyond the call of duty. Thanks Keylee!
