  I was contacted by your team regarding a damage that was already existed and was served with a damage report for further actions and repairs. Your team has not done a proper job on their previous inspections and accused me for the damage that I was not responsible for. I had to provide them with proofs and photos that the damage was an existing one and experienced tense moments on a weekend to resolve the matter. Your team should have done a more thorough investigation before accusing me for the damages like checking their photos from previous inspections. I read through the comments and it seems to be a pattern! I hope you adjust your approach and consider this feedback for your next customers. Regards

  No option for a one way service in a neighboring province. Zero assistance or help when needing a vehicle rental. National has locations in the two cities we need to pick up and drop off in. Operationally useless with zero options available. Will not recommend or use in future. Having to cancel emergency plans to drive family & myself home and then myself back for said emergency. Thanks National for nothing and making a problem worse

  Just rented a car from National at the Kamloops airport. It was probably the best rental car experience of my life. The National kiosk was being managed by Enterprise staff because of some higher level corporate stuff that did not affect my experience. The vehicle was immaculate and in excellent mechanical condition. The Rental Car staff were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient. Best of all, they were so pleasant and happy to please. 5 star experience
