As I am new to Kamloops I wasn't sure where to go, and needed it done to travel back to Penticton to visit my grandfather in hospice. After leaving great Canadian I smelt burnt oil and the next morning oil was all over my parking garage. When I returned to great Canadian to remedy the issue, they made me wait in line for 2 hours and the attendant was very rude responding with "I know" when I said I was here yesterday. Would not ever take my car back there especially when Mr lube is right beside it offering much better service.
