  I always take my car here and always leave happy. I feel that the mechanics at this shop are genuine with you and only recommend what is actually needed. Great Canadian is honest about things and don’t try to replace unless needed, they look over my car thoroughly and never push extra services. As a woman I don’t know much about cars so I feel like I could be easily taken advantage of and I would trust they would never do that to me at great Canadian. Compared to other shops who try to replace things that don’t even need replacing. Thanks for all the good you guys do, you guys seriously rock!

  10 stars! Our vehicle badly needed maintenance after dying on the highway and getting towed to Kamloops. Luckily for us, a father/son (I'm so sorry I forgot your names!) duo at Great Canadian Oil Change were so kind, helpful, and informative. He went out of his way to explain what happened to the car, what his plan of attack would be, and show us the outcome. We are beyond grateful for his thoughtful and thorough approach, especially working on a holiday and also his birthday! Thank you!!

  I highly recommend Great Canadian Oil Change I have been going to them now for several years and they're always really nice really efficient! they're honest too, if you don't need an oil change they're the ones that are going to let you know that! I really appreciate that kind of service which is why I keep going back! thank you Great Canadian Oil Change for being a stand up stand out business. 👍

  I use the vernon location all the time . In and out in 15 to 20 minutes great service. These clowns in kamloops 1 hour 15 minutes waiting outside with one car ahead of me . Than asked me if I could wait another 5 minutes and pull another car into that had only been the 20 minutes . Than a with guy with a Mr t hair cut refuses to do my old change after I told him my thoughts about it. They should go to the vernon location maybe they will learn how to do there job and customer service . Never will I go there again in kamloops and I will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was . Lesson to learn Mr T one pissed of customer tell over 50 people of there experience 1 happy customer only tells one . 35 years in the automotive industry I have . I would fire you if you worked in my shop

  Awesome drove in got er done never tried to say u need this u should do this.. Took our left over oil (we brought in) as well as doing our oil change.. Top notch
