- MSMarko SoloMay 12, 20265.0I was traveling through Kamloops on the way to Whistler and stopped at Fountain hoping they could replace a leaking valve stem in a hurry. Not only did they happily squeeze me in, but when they found damage to two of my tires, they swapped over and balanced two spares I was carrying. All this was delivered ahead of when they said to expect completion of just the valve stem. Solid. Very solid. I highly recommend.

- BLbrad lysertOct 4, 20161.0Absolutely disgusted with this tire shop. Time and time and time again couldn't even get a simple tire balance right on my truck and had zero accountability. Weather they just messed up the balance... Then it was the fault of my tire and wheel combination (what they sold me). Then there were times the weights simply just flew off. The only possible solution from the "experts" was too DUCT TAPE the weights on to my custom Chrome wheels. They also tried bead balancing (fail). After receiving major attitude from the owner they all the sudden "couldn't find me in the system" and telling me I must not have purchased my tires and wheels from fountain tire and I was no longer there problem and to go elsewhere. After producing proof I tried one last time to deal with them. One last tire balance before I left for work in Alberta. I couldn't pick up my truck during regular hours so they hid my keys for me. The WORST attempt at a tire balance EVER. My truck shook so violently I could only drive between 80-100km an hr all the way to Calgary. You could imagine how I felt. I took my truck to OK tire the next day and they balanced them perfectly. My final call to the owner he rude,abrasive and defensive. At not time through this whole ordeal was ever anything but polite and respectful to whom ever I was dealing with at this location. I received no possibility for a resolution or restitution in any way
