  I have used Enterprise for business rentals out of Kamloops and the manager has been directly involved whenever support is required. Definitely recommend

  I came in on Friday to ask about a van rental and came to understand that they are rented on a first come first serve basis. The manager, Ian, took my number and said he would call me thr next day. Since I was in need of a truck right away and in trying all avenues, I went onto the enterprise website when I got home and was able to reserve a van from Monday to Wednesday at $60 per day. When Ian called me back on Saturday he said can you come down right away? I have a van for you to rent he said, and he was able to honour the amount that I was quoted on the website. I went down on Saturday and was able to rent a van which was perfect for the job. I returned the van as agreed at 10 AM on Thursday and was billed exactly what Ian had quoted me at the onset. Ian is upstanding man, a man of his word, and he gave me a really good deal on a van, which worked perfect for the job! I am grateful and I will certainly be renting at Enterprise the next time I need a vehicle. Ian, thanks again for everything. Good day to you.
